Birds love it. Squirrels hate it. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

These are the best seed cylinders I have ever used. The extra cost is worth it, my backyard birds ate every morsel and the squirrels had no interest in this seed.I have birds in sizes all the way from titmouse to pileated woodpecker at this feeder and they all are enjoying this seed. The cylinder is so well constructed the pileated woodpeckers do not totally destroy the unit. They take a big chunk, but the cylinder is left intact. Shipping is slow, though, so be prepared to wait a bit.

Rate the product 5 stars unfortunately this great product is out of stock in Amazon and products warehouse in Texas product comes from overseas may take awhile to restock! My birds are very angry!

Good quality cylinder but the squirrels loved them. Too little pepper to deter them. Revisist the recipe please. Too expensive to fail to keep the squirrels away.

This birdseed gets the job done. Squirrels hate it! Attracts a wide variety of native birds. It’s not cheap compared to regular birdseed but it lasts longer without the hungry squirrels and raccoons involved. Despite that, our math still has this as the highest cost per day (1 cylinder lasts 6-8 days). But when you factor in not having to bring the feeder in every night, the convenience value there.

Nice size cylinder and it took the birds awhile to eat it all but they finally did. I will definitely re-order.

1st one I put on only stayed on for about one week before crumbling to the ground and the 2nd was broken up in pieces when I opened the package so I could not even hang it so for $40 not worth the cost at ALL- the only thing it did was keep squirrels away. Put in bird tray but not what intended for.

This may be a bit more expensive than other seed cylinders. BUT the difference is that 1) it doesn’t fall apart, and 2)the squirrels leave it alone so it lasts twice as long. Whenever I look out, there’s at least one bird feeding on it. Very pleased. Have just ordered another pair
