Best for Small Apartments
I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now and it works great! I live in small apartment, and we leave it in our dent room. I haven’t folded it yet so I don’t know how that works.. but it’s perfect for apartments! I run on it daily, and there has been no issues or problems with the treadmill. It even tells your heartrate when you hold onto the bars.

easy to assemble but has lots of extra tools and parts. Instructions show the correct picture on front but Instructions don't seem to go with this treadmill. Part that it is supposed to help fold it up isn't even long enough. Had to buy a big bolt just to keep it folded

Size and gets the job done
It is perfect for my small space. It's not strong mechanily, but that's because it's small. It is just right for me and I am extremely happy with it.

Good to walk on, not so much running
It's small, light, and easy to use and store. good walking speed and small incline, 30-50 min walking every other day, is a good workout. The belt is small and not very wide, so if you are looking to use for running, I would not recommend. Highly recommend if used for walking.*UPDATE* after a total of 17 days and total use of 7 times, It will no longer turn on. I have contacted Amazon for a refund. Will spend my money on another product.

Easy to use
Its ok it does the work obviously the speed is not too fast but it doed the work. Pretty easy to use and assemble.

Arm supports short
We wish the arms of treadmill were longer. Good to have some stability. Otherwise good for price.
