So ive used this spray a couple of times now and have to say its pretty effective. It does however have a very very strong chemical odor to it. Now I actually don't particularly mind this as it is a "clean" chemical odor if that makes any sense. Kind of like what you may expect a hospital to smell like. But it is very strong, so if sprayed like in a small room it may need to be ventilated some. Have used on hard surface and on carpet. The carpet spot I used it on I feel needed a second treatment to really remove the odor. Once the area dries the chemical odor of the spray does not linger. Its simply when you first spray the product and the surface area is wet that this odor is prevalent. Those with sensitive noses will not want to be around that area. Overall seems to be effective, about on par with other quality pet odor removers.

This is probably the first thing that I've been able to say works. I think one of the secrets is that you have to spray both front and back of the carpet. I used this on an 5X8 area rug,, wool, it smelled terrible. I thought just another area rug to throw out so why not try. . I worked on redoing each section at a time, both sides of the carpet. I've tried other products on it and they never seem to work after a few days. I followed the directions closely, not my usual mode of operation, hung the rug over chairs on the outside porch to dry. It had a pleasant smell, not something I would wear to a party but not bad at all. I had soaked it so well and then blotted that it took a couple days to dry. Well, low and behold, the area rug is back on the floor. If there is an accident I lift the rug, but something under it to hold it off the floor and go to work. Turn my ceiling on overnight and it is usually dry the next day. I highly recommend and hope that you have the same results that I did. I like to keep a spray bottle handy. Reminds me I need to order more.

I wasn't sure about ordering this item but I ended up really finding it useful and effective in taking out pee smell. I followed the instructions carefully (taking out as much of the pee/moisture, etc) and within a few hours, after this product has dried on the carpet, I cannot detect any of the pee smell anymore. That said, the pee stains don't come out completely, there are still "shadow stains" or darker areas where the pee was before, but it is definitely lighter and less visible. I find the scent of this product to be not too strong and actually pretty pleasant. I am almost done with my first bottle and have reordered this. One thing I noticed though, was that my bottle did not come with a spray - I'm not sure if that was an issue on my end or if it was not packed in, or it just really doesn't come with it.

This works well on stains, does a good job of removing them. If its a small fresh spot that just on the surface, it does well. I had one spot where my cat had urinated multiple times by the back patio, so I followed the bottles direction, removed the spray top and poured a generous amount on the urine spot. This product has a very strong scent to it that my cat loves a lot. She likes rolling around on it and urinating on that strong perfume scent that I find unpleasant. I have washed that portion of carpet with my carpet shampooer 4 times now and will probably need to do it more times before that scent is gone. If you like the perfume scent, then this product will probably work well for you. This cat I'm having the problem with had been feral when I found her, so maybe that has something to do with her obnoxious behavior.

We have a fussy little Bichon that is perfectly house trained if she's not left alone. If we leave her by herself at the house free to roam, she demonstrates her annoyance with us by spite peeing/pooping. We tried about 6 different pet odor and stain removers before landing on "Particular Paws Pet Stain and Odor Remover". It sprays on, you let it sit for a few minutes and you wipe up the excess. You can no longer see any kind of stain or any outline from the spray either. The smell is clean and nice (although sometimes a bit strong). The treated spot has no odor left and our little dog never returns to a treated location.

The product seemed to do the job. My dog had a urine accident all over a portion of my sofa and after a few attempts of trying to eliminate the odor via vinegar and baking soda, I knew I needed something much stronger. So I purchased this product. The product definitely removed the urine odor, however, the smell is so, so, so strong, that it gave me a headache. This could be because I may be more sensitive to smells than others.
