This bike is great quality. I'm very happy with it. The seat is comfortable. The brakes are good. The shifting is easy. All the parts are sturdy. It's not too heavy. I did need help assembling it and luckily my neighbor is a bike guru and happy to help. For reference I'm 5'6" and bought a 27" and probably should have bought a 26" but I'm still doing fine with this especially since it's a step-through bike.

Very poor quality for a $400+ bike Enclosed manual for assembly was useless. Schwinn's website/youtube channel is awful - cannot find info on the bike I purchased, ended up on reddit. Derailleur / shifters are junk. Gear /chain mis-shifts on front and rear sprockets, constant rattling, adjustments are useless. Brake pads needed realignment, no instruction provided. Beautiful bike all parts were there. The part I regret is Schwinn is not made in USA. Wonderful ride it was my 65th Birthday present to myself!

A good bike for the price. Pretty easy to assemble but I took it to Dick’s to have everything checked over and it only cost $30.

I was a little skeptical when making the purchase because I was buying a used bike. When it arrived today, I really can't classify it as used. It was still in the box and still had all the wrappers and stuff on it. It's in beautiful condition even though the box had some damage. My only complaint is that I needed to order a new kickstand because the one supplied is too short and the bike falls over.

Bike is just OK! A bit heavier than expected with forward, body weight on handlebars. Pay to have put together - Not worth messing around with very cumbersome need to people if attempt to self assemble

Bought this bike looking to ride around the neighborhood with some friends and my grandkids. Assembled the bike easily enough and the first time I check the function of the rear brake the metal arm snaps in half(see pic). I returned the bike to Amazon for a replacement bike. This one also went together well. Once I rode it I couldn't get the bike to shift properly. Tried to adjust the derailer to help the shifting and found that shifter levers are reversed so there are only three shifter positions for the 7 rear gears. Correcting this will be a major job, not happy with this bike at all.

I still have my purple 10 speed Schwin from 1977 and decided I wanted to upgrade and I'm glad I did. Beautiful, comfortable and easy to ride. I haven't ridden a bike in over ten years and was a little worried about balancing but this bike made it easy. I am looking forward to bike riding this summer with my grandkids :)

I received the item late, and upon trying to set it up, I realized that the guide provided was for another model. I visited their website and found the same issue. I decided to open a claim with them on Sunday, but they didn't respond until I called them on Thursday. After the call, they finally started processing my claim. During the conversation, they assured me that they would send the missing parts to my address and suggested that I take it to a local store for setup, promising reimbursement. After the call, they sent me an email containing links on how to set up the bike and adjust the brakes. However, even after watching those videos, I still found it challenging to set it up correctly. When I requested reimbursement for the local store's assistance, they refused to provide it. Feeling frustrated, I went to a local store, and they quoted me $140 to get the bike properly assembled. At this point, I decided to return the item, as the overall experience was disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing any bike from them.
