Started on the colostrum approximately 5 months ago to help with chronic sinusitis. And yes, it helped me! I didn't even take the full days dose as recommended and I still saw results so quickly. Within a few days. So I continue to take it daily, when I wake up I drink some water first and then I typically take 1 capsule. On days that I need a bit more of a boost I will take 3 capsules. A few days ago I think the ragweed was affecting me in the evening, I was sneezing and had a runny nose. I took 6 late afternoon, and then a few more before bed. Next morning, no issues. I even convinced my mother she needed to try the colostrum, and she has never been one to take my advice on supplements. I sold her on it :) Thanks so much for this whole food, immune boosting, life giving supplement. You don't understand how much I appreciate the product. Easy to swallow

After treatment for an antibiotic-resistant, post-surgical infection destroyed the lining of my already compromised intestinal tract more than a year ago, I tried many remedies, from kombucha to 48-hour-fermented homemade yogurt. This product is the first one that has made a significant difference. I’ve been taking 3 capsules 3x daily for 2 weeks and have had more diarrhea-free days than I have in any week for more than a year. I still have to eat carefully (I follow the Specific Carbohydrate Diet), but I no longer have to be within 100 feet of a bathroom. I’m so grateful for having found this! Not giving 5 stars yet, because I’ve been using it for just 2 weeks, so I can’t speak to long-term efficacy.

The capsules are a little hard for me to swallow. I empty them in a small bowl and eat with a spoon. Doesn’t taste bad and drink some water. I’m a type 2 diabetic and try to control without medication. It has lowered my morning fast down to 117 so far. My afternoon is down to 91. I am feeling more energy . I use this product morning and night before bedtime . A great bovine colostrum for a whole lot less money Thank you TBR Labs for your Great Bovine Colostrum.

It came quickly. Arrived in good shape. I have not noticed any changes in taking it. Still limping.
