Clever Fox Budget Book 2.0 – Simple Budgeting Planner for Beginners – Financial Notebook with Money Spending, Debt & Bill Tracker (Lavender)

I really like the clever fox brand. I’ve bought other products of theirs and this is great quality budget book. I bought a larger version of this before and wanting something smaller that would fit in my book at or purse and this was perfect. The layout is the same as the larger one which I love. I also like that it comes with a pen holder and pocket in the back for receipts. The stickers are a cute touch! Would HIGHLY recommend!

I love this budgeting book. I used the book the entire year. The entire layout of the book is set up very nicely. When you use it correctly you can go back and reference certain items and the information that you plan and journal helps you prepare for the upcoming year. It definitely helped me sort out a few issues that I was not even aware of at the time. Absolutely recommend this budgeting planner for beginners and experience people as well. The cost for the book was very affordable which is number one for me when buying products.

The planner itself is great and suits my needs just fine. I wasn't planning on using the stickers but as you can see, the cut outs for one of the sheets are wrong (the cuts match the other sheet so it must have been an error) so that entire sheet is unusable. It might have been just my set but if you were planning on using the stickers you might get this error so watch out for that.

I love the Clever Fox Budget Journal. I am an older adult, and have struggled for years with money management, checkbook balancing, and just staying financially stable. The format of this book has changed my life. It allows you to set your own goals that you can look at daily to remind you of the purpose and or plan. It makes you totally accountable for everything you spend and every bill you owe. You can quickly tell when you have sabotaged your own budget plan. And if like me you check it every day, it will help you to realize that you don't have to purchase certain items or eat out everyday because "you really cannot afford it!"You actually see you money getting away, and it will help you discipline your spending.... I highly recommend this journal, and a plus is the small one fits in you bag so you can track spending everday at work, school, and at home!!!

Update: Ive have bought 5 so far for all of my adult children. A second one for me for when my runs out next month. It is so easy to use. It is very sturdy and I love the size of it . Love ,Love this budget book. It has a nice calendar and I love the expense pages. I only wished I had more stickers. I really like this one since its smaller more compact to fit in my purse. I can take it everywhere I go. It layout is much more better then the larger one.

This book is so easy and gives you space for free writing if need. This is my first book and I’m happy I bought it. It’s definitely going to keep me organized since now I can track everything I spend and need to pay.

In the 2.0 version we lose some of the stuff we liked from the previous version in order to fix some of the things we didn't like. The biggest this is the glaring printing error with the summary of the year. What was the reasoning behind limiting this to 10 months?Pros:Full size 2 page calendar spread for each month.More colorful pages (each month is a different color)8 savings and debt trackers (previously 4 each)12 month regular bill trackerBlank budget (my bills rarely fit into the pre-written categories so this was a nice surprise)Upcoming expenses and upcoming bills section in the monthly budget (the bills part might be a little redundant)Cons:Smaller that previous version (loses about an inch in height and 1/2 an inch in width)No more budgeted vs actual comparison in the budget.No monthly budget review after each month. You get an extra notes page, so you can recreate this pretty easily.Doesn't feel as sturdy as the previous version. The pages don't feel as secure.There's only 10 months in the annual summary! WTF Clever Fox?All in all this is a great tool. The Clever Fox budget planners are still my favorite out of all the ones I've tried. I feel pretty confident this will help keep me on track towards reaching my financial goals. The pages are still thick high quality paper. The stickers are cute and the back pocket is still sturdy. I appreciate the brightly colored book mark instead of the previous boring grey. I got this in the bright pink and let me tell you, it is BRIGHT.I am disappointed but not enough to go through the ordeal of replacing it right before the beginning of the year.

I ordered this when i started planning my wedding because i wanted to be able to budget the monthly bills and know how much i can afford to set aside after them based on the account we have together. I think the book is on the smaller side (you can see a legal letter sized piece of mail in the first photo) but honestly its rare that i need to save mail as majority of my bills are now on auto pay. I like that the months are not pre printed and that it did come with some stickers and a little pocket on the back page. I would like at least 1 additional bookmark but i like to use clips and have those available too. There is also a check book register area for each month which has come in handy. Although there are a few “cons” i intend to continue purchasing this Because it really leeps me organized.

Meets my needs. Very nicely made. Has lots of space to write out what you want to track.

Es justo lo que buscaba a un precio excelente desde mi perspectiva, el tamaño coincide, igual tengo mis cuentas digitalmente pero me gusta tenerla de ambas maneras, por cada mes son 2 páginas de calendario, 1 página meta mensual, 1 página presupuesto mensual, 4 páginas de seguimiento mensual y 2 en blanco para notas
