Coffee Mug: Van Gogh Sunflowers

I have had this on my wish list for some time. Every time I looked at it, it made me smile. I finally ordered it as an early Christmas gift to myself, and am soooo glad I did! The quality is wonderful. No rough spots on the bottom at all. The size is large, so I will really enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea when using it! I even thought of using it as a pencil cup on my desk so I could look at it all the time, but will refrain. It is really pretty & it still makes me smile when I see it! Thank you Amazon for offering such a wonderful mug! I highly recommend it.

also, the wide top/bottom margins left so little room for the paintings, that the paintings are almost unrecognizable and certainly not beautiful as i had hoped...the paintings appear to be rolled onto the cup by 2nd graders and finally, if you might be thinking, "even if they're not very attractive, i need new coffee cups anyway" well, the cups are of very poor quality and they have disproportionately small handles, making them difficult to drink from...and it would be very easy to spill whatever you're drinking...other than the above, i thought they were all great...

The mug is great but it doesn't have any information about whether it is safe to use it in the microwave and dishwasher. Since it is made in China, I am concerned that it might not be safe.

It's cheerful and practical--microwave and dishwasher safe, sturdy and comfortable to hold. The cup is a bit on the heavy side, so probably not as practical for anyone with weakness in their hands or wrists.

Perfect sized quality made coffee mug for a art loving family. Holds up well to the daily grind. Thank you for the various ones we have purchased. Please, try printing some other master’s works, as well. We will be back for more.

We missed buying a Van Gogh cup in Arles since we ate lunch at noon and the shop closed at one. In any event, I purchased this cup not expecting much. To my surprise the picture is very well done in bright colors and the cup itself is large so that you can enjoy a little extra coffee or tea while remembering the beautiful light and colors of Provence.

My wife specifically requested 14oz coffee mugs for Christmas. This was offered as such, but the capacity of this mug is 16oz, which will obviously HOLD 14oz; it will hold 3, 4 or 5oz too. Quality is comparable to a $5 coffee mug from Wal-Mart. I didn't realize the artwork would add $10 to the price. Buy these for looks; not for use.
