So thin, more of a topper than an actual matress
This did not live up to the expectations promised by the seller. The page specified a 4 inch matress, but after allowing to air out for a few days, it's barely 2 1/2 inches in height. The filling is extremely loose near the middle where all the support should be. You can feel the floor beneath you when you sleep. It's disappointing especially considering how thick the matress looks in the photo. This product should be marketed as a matress topper, not a matress in itself. The fabric is quite soft, but if you put a sheet over the top it really doesn't matter. We will be keeping it, but now need to invest more money in a lower foam roll out matress to support this one. All in all, it makes for a nice heavy comforter, but it is not a matress.

thin and small
When it finally arrived, I was surprised by how flimsy and thin it looks. But the bigger problem is that it is much smaller than a regular queen size mattress. way too small for me and my husband to sleep on and therefore useless. Avoid!

More like a mattress pad than a futon
From the other reviews, I thought it was going to be just what I needed. However, it serves more of like a mattress pad than a futon. Now that I have been using it for a month, it serves no purpose other than being soft. If u r looking for something to put on top of a mattress to make it soft and warm this is it, otherwise I do not recommend this product. Gave it one star bc the packet also came semi-opened

Totally dissatisfied
Not what I expected after waiting 2 months for arrival. Very slim and not comfortable. Is as thick as a comforter. Very disappointed.
