Works well, I work in the emergency room and use it daily, have any trouble with it and I feel like I can hear just fine. Perhaps not as loud as electronically assisted devices, but is sufficient for an idea.

The 3M Littmann Classic III is hands down my favorite stethoscope. The sound quality is clear and reliable, which makes assessments so much easier and more accurate. It’s comfortable to wear and feels durable enough for everyday use. This is actually my third time purchasing it—unfortunately I had to replace the others after they were stolen—but that just says how much I trust and prefer this one. Definitely worth it if you want something dependable that performs consistently.

I've used this a few times for practicals and it will definitely last me until at least the end of school. It seems to be great quality, easier to use that some other brands in terms of knowing which directions to put the pieces into your ears, and I love the colour! I was so happy to be able to match it with my scrubs. I'm very happy with my purchase even though it was a little bit more expensive than other products I could find on Amazon. I would still have bought it again.
