I am extremely pleased with this order ! This white pepper is fantastic and the amount you get for the price just can't be beat ( and they don't put fillers in it to make it stretch ) . I use this for most of my cooking and actually replace most of the black pepper with this as it adds a much better flavor . When I started using white pepper several years ago I was pleasantly surprised and my wife noticed it immediately ( she's not a black pepper fan ) this type of pepper adds lots of subtle notes to what you're cooking . Depending on how much you use and what other spices you use with it it'll really takes your food flavors to new levels .
