easier way to take flax oil
This is a good quality flax oil. I bought the bottle of oil first, and I have a problem with the idea of swallowing the oil. It is just gross. In pill form it is much easier for me. I guess if you are vegan and very concerned about the gelatin capsule (which I am not) you could take the oil from the bottle. But I prefer this one. Good luck on your quest to better health!

Top quality. I did a lot of study because I wanted a product for better health. This is the smartest, most healthy product. Kept every promise and even the packing is easy to open and use. The caps are easy to take. I am taking Flax oil for heart and general health AND as a surprise effect.... I think I look younger. I will stick with these Omega folks. Next, I want to try the coconut oil. FYI I do not do most reviews. This is just so good, no frills, value for the money. Thanks.

Good quality flax
Good quality Flax seed caps for budwig diet. Pain to open caps but last way longer than oil in liquid form. for freshness if you dont use it all the time this is the way to go.

If you're a vegetarian or vegan, stay away.
The product description states:"Organic flax oil is the richest vegetarian source of omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFA 's)."While this is true, that statement gives the false impression that this product is okay for vegetarians and vegans. The soft-caps contain gelatin, which is an animal product. That tidbit is left out of the description. These kinds of things need to be clearly-stated for Amazon customers so we can make appropriate decisions. This is one reason among many as to why I've drastically cut down my purchasing from Amazon. Granted, the description wasn't written by anyone at Amazon as far as I know, but one can be easily misled since ingredient labels are rarely displayed, and the list of ingredients posted is rarely complete.As for the overall quality of the products - who knows? I wouldn't know what to look for to determine if this is a quality product. I can say with near 100% certainty that I'm not dead, so that's one mark in the product's favor.Although I'm a vegetarian, I'd feel bad letting this go to waste so I'll finish off the jar, but I won't be buying another one.
