Best directions I have ever worked with on my machine
Kimberbell has the best designs for machine embroidery than any other company. But the best thing are the directions. They are so easy to follow.

I was very disappointed! Received “we whisk you a merry Christmas” buttons instead of the advertised “summer days” buttons. But they responded quickly and fixed my problem. Thanks!

Should I give them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was just an oversight ... ??
Ordered on April 20th, finally received on May 11th ... but only part of the order. Listing said it was for a CD and 4 sets of coordinating buttons. I could tell when I took the envelope out of the mailbox that buttons were not in envelope! After I placed my order, I read so many negative comments that I guess I wasn't surprised that my order was messed up too! I've contacted them, let's see what happens!

No buttin packs! Why?
The 4 button packs, as advertised, were not included. I can't find a way to talk with anyone to ask about getting them. My only option seems to be returning it. So very disappointed!
