- Fløtemys Brunost has a central place in the Norwegian food tradition and is Ola Nordmann's favorite order and national pride. Synnøve Fløtemys is a mild brown cheese with a delicate, light color. The cheese is made from cow's milk and is therefore milder than traditional goat cheese. Fløtemys tastes just as good on bread and crispbread as it does for pastries (buns, waffles, etc.).
