Great customer service!
Superb, unparalleled customer service from OrientalMusicSanctuary (OMS). Our maestro level guqin was delayed by Fedex inexplicably. Sat in some hub in Wisconsin for a whole week without any movement or update. Mr. Hao of OMS personally took responsibility for the delay and acted proactively to have another same model guqin sent from an affiliate in Texas asap, just so we would not need to wait indefinitely for the original. I have seldom encountered an online seller with that kind of initiative and level of commitment to their customers. Now that we have two instruments in hand, Mr. Hao allowed us to choose between the two and decide which one to keep. Both guqins are well made, sound similar, so we are actually having trouble picking one! We will ask our teacher to help us choose and then send the other back to OMS.

Great Seller but Not a Top Quality Zither
Thank the seller very much for the prompt shipping. The zither has arrived within 10 days via FeDex. There are a few things I would like to let the zither maker know: The pegs are very tight and almost non-moving. The 4th-string almost could not be tuned to G2. My fingers got a big big blister right after tuning. The harmonics are beautiful, but carries manageable noise on the 1st and 2nd strings. the reverberation of pressed notes is short - especially on the 6th and 7th strings. It makes the YinNao technique sounds very dry and playing some YinShaoYunDuo music pieces a real pain. The voice of the zither is essentially low. If you learn it for fun, go for something cheaper. If you want to be a little professional, I would recommend going for a more expensive model. I will write another review when the zither's sound gets more stabilized in a few months.
