Great supplement for women
Loveeeed this product. I really like Solaray and their supplements they are really good quality. This one I find specially good because it has so many of the vital supplements you need plus itโs a really good price. And when comparing it to other more expensive supplements itโs pretty much the same ingredients. Would recommend, of course remember these are supplements and you donโt do much taking this and not having a good first.

Great Multivitamin...My Top Choice
These multivitamins work like none other. I can tell when I run out and don't take them. I feel sluggish and lethargic when i run out. The difference is night and day. Absorption happens quickly. The pills are easy to swallow and are normal multivitamin size and coated.

Ridiculously priced currently but these are great vitamins

Great but smelly pee...
Great vitamins and noticed that I do have a little more energy with them. They do have a smell to them that will make your pee stink and turn neon yellow. The taste is okay but would recommend having water right there when you go to take it.
