It's a smart jacket.
My biggest issue is the hood is monstrous even with a hat on.Fits bodily good. Appears to be pretty water resitant, can't say without an additional layer beneath it that it keeps the cold out though, overall happyish.

The only thing that would have made it better for me was if the hood could have folded into the collar rather than being detachable but as I rarely ever use the hood on my jackets it is only a minor issue.

Disappointing
It's a nice enough jacket, but the inside pockets aren't secure. One has a wee bit velcro in the middle of the opening, and the other pocket has nothing. It's disappointing that the manufacturers couldn't stretch to include some bigger pieces of velcro or a couple of zips for a jacket that's supposed to be worn during various types of outdoor activities. I wouldn't buy this product again.
