Don’t bother
The taste is awful. I’m not even sure it’s actually cilantro. The smell is that of fresh cut grass and mildew. If you can get past the smell, you will only be more disappointed. The bag is mostly stems of something. This is a terrible product. Don’t waste your money.

Nice flavor
A little goes a long way, but in a good flavorful way. Only drawback is the amount of stems in the bag. Most of the pieces rehydrated are soft, but there are some hard bits to watch out for.

If you like stems instead of Cilantro have I got the product for you.I opened the bag and it was mostly Cilantro stems instead of the leaves. No one wants that. Disappointing.
