Five Nights at Freddy's fans won't want to miss this pulse-pounding collection of three novella-length tales that will keep even the bravest FNAF player up at night... When left in darkness, rage festers. Years of frustration with his family culminate in a loathsome vacation for Bob, who plots a sinister prank to frighten his wife and kids. Matt redirects the residual anger over his many failed relationships into a video game, and ends up birthing the horrible consequences. In room 1280 of Heracles Hospital, something evil is keeping a man alive, a man with gruesome burns all over his body and an iron will to live. In this fifth volume, Five Nights at Freddy's creator Scott Cawthon spins three sinister novella-length stories from different corners of his series' canon, featuring cover art from fan-favorite artist LadyFiszi.Readers beware: This collection of terrifying tales is enough to unsettle even the most hardened Five Nights at Freddy's fans. Review: More mysteries await in the fifth installment - The fifth book gets things going with perhaps the most direct approach to the mystery that is fazbear. Book one is essentially a remake of the first two installments of a character who is bitter battling it out for survival of the night against Cawthon's newest addition. It works well and feels like a night in the game complete with memories, thoughts, and details that may represent you during that first night against the animatronics. The second story is a little slower and more egotistical, that seems a bit political when you first read it, but soon it turns into a piece that hold horror, intrigue, some randomness that the genre thrives on and yet also dips into bizarre writing found on deviantart. It's a ice twist and break, though disturbing as always, but adds a new piece to an already complicated puzzle . The third tale though is the stuff of nightmares and has little time to take before we are presented with a familiar figure that Matt Patt has presented months if not years ago with the last Fazbear game prior to VR. Ultimate Custom night's premise is manifested in the real world and it feels like an episode of Scary Stories to Tell in the dark. A ballad of moral conflicts, with mystery, creeps, and other horror features it was the tale that had me on end the most. In this one it provides us with some answers/information's, but yet opens up a new epilogue that apparently the added books 6 and 7 will be entrusted to tell. As for the epilogue... it's okay, not my favorite and nothing Earth shattering but helps add some new psychological components to the building bridge character awhile wrapping in the other epilogue tales the first four books brought. Overall, the fifth installment has helped scratch the horror itch, but... it still offers more mysteries to dive into and still makes the tale of five nights seem ambiguous in its aim to tell some tale. Still for the theory and franchise obsessed it holds very good writing, but again i'm hoping this mini series will start to pull bank a bit on the expanse and try to tie everything together, especially given the VR tale that is building alongside other games. Give this one a read my friend and i don't think you will be disappointed. Review: FNAF - Great book for a FNAF fan

Left Me Wondering
I can definitely say that my imagination really was running wild in that last story with the description of the man. I feel like that story was the strongest out of the three but the tension and build up kept me on my toes in all three.

book review
Disclaimer: I bought this book. Support your authors and your indie game creators! Book: Bunny Call Author: Scott Cawthon, Elley Cooper, Andrea Waggener Book Series: Five Nights at Freddy’s: Fazbear Frights Book 5 Rating: 5/5 Recommended For...: horror fans, FNAF fans Publication Date: September 1, 2020 Genre: Horror Recommended Age: 10+ (gore, slight violence, scary moments) Publisher: Scholastic Inc. Pages: 224 Synopsis: From twisted toys to gut-wrenching games, this collection of terrifying tales is unsettling enough to mess with even the most hardened Five Nights at Freddy's fans. In this volume, series creator Scott Cawthon spins three sinister novella-length stories from different corners of FNAF's canon. Each story comes complete with accompanying artwork from a fan-favorite game artist to bring the horror to life in a whole new way. Readers beware: In this startling world, desperate wishes have an unexpected cost, beautiful trinkets reveal appalling powers, and harmless pranks can go awry in ghastly ways. Review: I’m so sad that this is the last book (until the next one releases next year) for now. The FNAF books are so spooky and it’s getting me so excited for the next video game installment of the series. I’m also loving the lore! I am a lore hunter and I work very hard to understand the story behind the story. The book had a great plot, the stories were cohesive and spooky, the characters were well developed, and the atmosphere of the book was scary. The only thing I disliked about the book is that the pacing was a bit too fast in two of the stories and there was a fatphobic comment in one of the stories. Verdict: I love this series!

Interesting Perspectives, Fantastic Anthology
For those who are interested in solving the FNaF lore like I am this is a terrific read. It does cover some heavier concepts as you might expect by reading this book's synopse, I would say it feels like the subject matter is definitely written for older kids. The Epilogue continues the story of the Stitchwraith for all those who were wondering, but i think that is assumed at this point.

Amazing But a Bit Disturbing
I love the fnaf series, and horror in general! I enjoyed this book a lot, but some of the stories creeped me out. It was very thrilling, but I don't think I would recommend it to children of ages younger then 10
