I use this under my yoga mat. I find, as I age, that the floor hurts my knees. It's great padding but it doesn't work well for a standing yoga practice. It slips on the floor when you pick up your foot to move into any pose that the feet are wide apart. It also separates during those times. I solved the problem by putting 1 yoga mat under it and then my working yoga mat on top. I sure do love the cushioning though. I just wish it was slip proof underneath.

I placed under a freestanding punch bag filled with 140 pounds of sand. Doesn't dampen the noise or movement like I hoped. Product looks good and I believe would be a great addition to a play room.

These mats are easy to assemble and lightweight. The padding was thick enough to support dumbbells as heavy as 35lbs. with no issues. I’m not sure how durable the mats will be with long term regular use. They do feel cheaply made.

This flooring is pretty cool and looks like actual wood flooring. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because one piece was missing

Everything is fine except for the fact that they don't stay connected very well. I use them under my yoga mat and they're constantly coming disconnected. I can't imagine they'd stay connected for an active child's play area either.

I purchased these to us as anti-fatigue matting for my kitchen floor. While I really like the appearance and thickness of these mats and being able to configure them as needed, they are clearly not for any regular usage. After about 6 weeks of usage the edges are all slightly curling up and the centers are bowing slightly. They also move around a bit. I can't imagine they would be any better if you really workout on a regular basis.

In terms of cushioning, the mat works fine, and I'm sure you could use it for putting weights and lighter equipment down on it (not sure about heavier equipment like treadmills). But you can tell the material is not of high quality, so who knows how long it would last.For exercising, this mat is horrible. I've had it for around a week, and I bought it because I'd prefer not to work out on my hardwood floors. But from my very first time using it for a workout, the mat would slip and slide with my feet movements, and by the end of the first workout, the edges of certain pieces were already starting to come apart. It's gotten to the point where now I've stopped using it out of annoyance.

These mats are pretty thick. I'm using them for a small stepper machine. However, sometimes they don't stay "connected" but I think that depends on the equipment.

This is great if you’re looking for something temporary and for covering up the floor for your kids to play on.So I buy again the second time for 2 more sets…. And one set when laid on the floor did not align with the other set…. So to avoid the hassle of returning I had to flip it upside down to get the mats together.I will order again and hopefully it won’t disappoint.

Bought these to save my knees while standing at my cutting table and ironing board. Unfortunately my puppy finds the puzzle pieces interesting and chewable!

It's exactly what I need. The only problem is that it's too slippery so it ends up moving everytime I jump. I also put a yoga mat on top of it to avoid the pieces from separating when I exercise.

I use these as scratch pads for my cat. It protects my leather furniture as she will only scratch on these types of surfaces . I am still unclear on whether she likes both sides since one side has raised circles. It did fit together with other mats that I have purchased.

Bought them for exercise ( since im in a 2nd floor), and the carpet slips with respect to the floor, and i slip on it too... I have to do exercise with my shoes on not to slip, but that damaged the carpet very fast.. I'm not convinced this was a good purchase, at least not for exercise.
