The Petosan Pet Toothpaste is designed for those of us who brush every day. It is formulated to be very tasty, helping to make the brushing a positive experience for your dog. The paste contains Pyrophosphates that help control tartar by inhibiting the formation of dental calculus (tartar). Petosan use Hydrated silica, a mild abrasive used for grinding and polishing. It is found as crystals, small and smooth particles which are preferred to avoid tooth wear. The toothpaste contains no animal products or animal bi-products and the poultry flavor is artificial. But most importantly it tastes great making tooth brushing a fun treat for your dog.

Works reasonably well but expensive.
Works reasonably well, expensive and you go through it quick if you have more than 1 dog. Despite regular brushing for several months my dogs teeth are still not completely clean. I'm going to try another brand to see if that works better.

Hard to find the Petoscan Dog toothpaste, poulty flavor in Hawaii. I am glad that Amazon carries it.

Smells fairly good actually.
Use this as a companion to my Petosan Double Headed brush. Works well and my dog likes the taste. Smells fairly good actually.

Great product
My 13 y.o. mini dachshund has had gum disease since I got her. She has lost several teeth, but brushing daily with this product has lessened the time between dental visits.

Cats love it
They hate me brushing their teeth but actually tolerate it because they love the taste. I have to hide the tube to keep them from pawing at it.

Dog toothpaste
The dogs tolerate the toothpaste well. Some brands make them vomit because they have sensitive stomachs but this seems to be good and I’m pleased with it

Versand top und schnell.Preis ist gegenüber den anderen auch i. O.Mein Hund, steht da nicht wirklich drauf, er schnuppert kurz dran und dreht sich weg🤷Das bürsten lässt er über sich ergehen, schleckt es automatisch weg aber nicht aus Genuss...Den zahnstein musste ich mit einem anderen Hilfsmittel entfernen, ich hoffe die pasta beugt vor!

Für unseren Hund nicht schmackhaft
Wirklich viel dazu schreiben kann ich leider nicht. Ich habe tatsächlich im Vergleich ein wenig probiert und im Gegensatz zu der ersten Paste aus einem Tierbedarfhandel ist diese hier wenigstens nicht so scharf. Aber soviel ist zu sagen, unser Hund fährt dennoch nicht auf die Zahnpasta ab, wie dargestellt wird.

Mein Kater schmeckt es nicht
Ich war auf der Suche nach einer anderen Zahnpaste, weil mein Kater Problem mit seinen Zähnen hat. Und die andere scheint nicht mehr zu helfen. Als ich Petosan gestoßen und diese auch noch mit Hühnergeschmack gibt. Da, ich das wäre was für meinen Kater doch der hat sich echt geweigert auch nur zu probieren als ich ihn dran riechen ließ.Vielleicht schmecken es ja anderen Kater und Katzen. Schließlich sind die Geschmäcker ja verschieden. Zum Glück.
