Black Lagoon: Revy Action Figure 1/8 Scale by Alter

Anime figures weren't my thing until I fell in love with Black Lagoon and years later came across this rarity. Also when I had a few bucks to spend. Pros: The artists captured some stunning detail- from Revy's (inexplicably) untied bootlaces, flowing hair, muscle tones, right down to the jolly rogers on her iconic Beretta M92's. Hammers back and safety's off. You certainly get what you pay for in terms of quality. Cons: Good God is it a collector's item and the price seems to only go up. "Action figure" is a loose term, the only action Revy sees is some canned air dusting. Other: A slight variation from the picture, my base is glossy black with beveled edges and the Black Lagoon insignia etched between Revy's boot anchors. (Even better, in my opinion). Black Lagoon remains kind of a cult-classic action anime and thus didn't get a ton of licensed merchandise even at the height of it's popularity. Now 5+ years on, what little swag there was is no longer in production.

Awesome figure. Little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

動きのあるポーズやしっかりした造形はすごく いい、イラスト描く人はモデルさんにできる かもしれない、 残念なのは元のキャラクターのイメージと違う こと、百戦錬磨のアウトローというよりも スーパーモデルがそのコスプレをしてみたって 感じです。 もうちょっと小柄で普通のアジア系の体型で よかったんじゃないかなと思います。

自分はあまり商品画像を見ずに購入したのですが、箱を開けた瞬間の第一声は「誰だよ!?」でしたね。^^: 顔はハッキリ言って原作やアニメに似てません。が、カッコイイです。 カトラスや靴等の小物の造形もしっかりしているので、格好良ければなんでもいいぜ!って人にはオススメです。 僕は好きですよ。
