I have been regularly going to the gym for a couple years now and have always found the many exercises that i do would leave my wrists very sore. I figured that if i keep hitting the exercises that were giving me trouble then eventually my wrists would get stronger and would no longer hurt. Unfortunately I was wrong and decided to give these a try. Used them for the first couple times and felt absolutely no pain at all. First thing I used these for was to bench press and I was able to put up a little extra weight simply because my wrists were not going to give out. Simply put, these are incredibly efficient while not being too bulky, expensive or uncomfortable. Must have for any serious weightlifter

These arrived promptly and in good condition. Compared to other straps I've used these are pretty durable. Elastic but not too stretchy. They provide a good amount of support. It had been a long time since I lifted any weights and I admit it took a while to figure these out. They did not arrive with instructions and I had to look up how to wrap them.

These work as intended. My only issues are the thumb straps are uncomfortable and the "reusable" bag they came in broke when it first affrived. The bag is no big deal, and I don't use the thumb straps and they work well.

I bought these for my girlfriend as she has some problems with her wrist. They work great! Definitely worth buying.Quality is decent. Finally received my order after Amazon as usual lost my order !! They fit well and are of sturdy construction , they should last for years I would purchase another pair if these ever wear out !!

These work perfect only reason they arent getting 5 stars is they smell bad. Kind of a chemical smell to them....

These have been great for relieving wrist pain. I believe they are a must for those who use heavy dumbbells or have frequent wrist soreness after a workout.
