Good color
I have started a hobby of "adult coloring." These pencils are great. The lead is harder than other brands and work well for shading and creating variable designs.

Just a smidge better than 3 stars (but not 4)
At a count of 72 colouring pencils you would think the colour selection would be better than good but it's not. The pencils are numbered from 501 thru 572 and several "colour families" are indistinguishable. What I explicitly mean is, the pencils are all painted at the end with a unique colour but what is actually in the wood of each pencil does not always resemble the colour pained on the end. So visually, each pencil seems to be a different colour, but when you actually use the pencil there seems to be duplication, and in a few cases triplication of colours. The selection for brown is kind of odd too. There is no real dark brown - there is a greenish brown (kinda weird) and a few reddish browns, and a couple carmel browns (closer to yellow than brown). The blues also run into a bit of a hodgepodge in their colours too. So with 72 pencils, it would really seem the variety of colour is actually only 36. On the upside there is: gold, silver and white. On the down side: 25% of the pencil points were broken down past the shaved wood. So now I'm a little nervous because after sharpening them I've noticed the wood seems to be split on those pencils where the points were broken. At first I was happy about the price, but right after I purchased them the price went down three dollars. But now, I see the price has gone up again and is about four dollars more than I paid.I've had the pencils over a week now, but I only just started to use them in the last 3 days. The quality of the actual colour is very good (if you can forget the duplicate/triplicate situation).Overall I would recommend them as a good value for the quantity you get. But since there is 72 of them, make sure you have a way to keep them in order!

So many colors!
I love all the colors! Before I purchased these, I was using a 12 count of colored pencils. Having 72 different colors has made my coloring book pictures a lot more fun! The only downside was that a good bunch of my pencils arrived with broken tips. I had to sharpen a lot of them before I could use them the first time. This could have been due to the flimsy box they came in, or the way they were shipped.

I like them
Got these to use with Secret Garden style adult coloring books. I really like them--they are hard enough not to wear down instantly, and sharpen nicely when it becomes necessary, yet they lay down nice bright dense colors. Seem like a good buy for the price, although I'm sure an art professional might disagree.

Disappointment
These pencils were a disappointment to me because the colors were not as vivid as my Crayola pencils, and there was not as much variety of shades as I thought there would be in a 72 piece set.

Very pale color pencils
I ordered the most expensive pencil I saw and they cost a pretty penny, just for the adult coloring books. These pencils were so light in color you could hardly tell you had colored on the white paper. There were a lot of them, but the box they were in was very flimsy and you could not store them in the box and see what color you needed. I decided to return them as I was very disappointed as I could have bought this same quality at a discount store. I am going to order gel pens as I know they will give me the results I am looking for.,Nuliah® 72 Count Colored Pencils Set, Professional Art Drawing Pencils for Adult Coloring Book like Secret Garden Enchanted Forest
