SimPure Tankless Water Purification Unit, TDS

This is a great product The 1st one I purchased it leaked all over But the company stood behind it and resent me another one out. I have had no problems with this one. I love it the water taste crisp and clean. Also the unit fits under the sink so it’s out of theway it’s Very compact Im loving itOK I’ve had this for a full year and have not had any problems haven’t had to change my filters we do have well water here. Haven’t had to change my Keurig coffee maker either it doesn’t leave a white ring around the coffee tank I am very pleased with this system you can’t go wrong

When I had problems after 2 years of minimal usage, SimPure (seller) & manufacturer were no help, telling me it's outside of the 1 year warranty period & the model is discontinued so parts are not available. It was expensive & I expected it to last more than 2 years. I do NOT RECOMMEND buying from SimPure.

The media could not be loaded.  I have used this water filter for couple of weeks. I bought it because of the look and the price. I had a contractor installed this for me, seems like an easy installation. The water that comes out doesn't have any funny taste/flavor. The size of it is very compact compare to the one that I had. I don't have this unit for a long time, but will give update after replacing first filter. So far, I don't have any issue with this product, will recommend to friend.

Works fine when hooked up correctly. Take the instructions and throw them out. Absolutely useless. You will need to cut the 3/8” hose in half because you need half for the facet and the other half for the drain line. If your feeding from a 3/8” inlet you will need to buy an adaptor. The one that comes with the product is bad. Picture shown below for the correct (non leaking) part.

I replaced my old ro system, every now and then I encounter problems the bladder the tank, faucet is always leaking wasting a lot of water to processed a tank of filtered water. Cleaning the tank is a lot of hassle. So with this tankless will eliminate some of the problems I've experienced. I'm hoping this two filter system will work great,compare to four filter system.

Finally found a plumber (that would come out of quarantine) that would come and install this product and none of the fittings will work to our standard plumbing. Faucet that came with the product is too small for hole on already plumbed sink. Now cannot return since i missed return window by a few days.

This was so easy to install. It was in place in less than 30 minutes. The video helped a lot with what parts to use and where but there are written instructions also. It installed under my sink very easily and is now connected to my sink faucet, my ice maker, and my water out of the fridge. Love it!!!
