White Taper Candles - Set of 14 Dripless Candles - 10 inch Tall, 3/4 inch Thick - 7.5 hour Clean Burning

The pic is after 1 1/2 hours. There is no mess on the candle stick holder, only the beautiful and natural wax around the top. After reading some of the reviews I was concerned about them lasting through the wedding reception above the flowers, but my concerns were unwarranted. Definitely a good price for a good candle.

Purchased 2 boxes to use with our Advent Wreath this year. Awesome. Price was by far the best and the quality perfect. Burned clean. Only a small amount of dripping on one or two - the whole month of December - lighting each night. (That may have something even to do with the ceiling fan that was on). Will bookmark to order again for next year.

Candles burn well, no smoke and have a beautiful tall flames. They drip a little, less than others. They are colored all the way thru. The only problem I had was they are pretty skinny. Too small to fit in any standard candle holders I have. Using a cloth tape to measure they are about 2 1/2 inches in circumference at bottom and under 2 in at top. I solved fit by putting a wax candle button on the bottom or sticky wax to hold them in the candle holders. You can also use the rubber candle grippers. I prefer the more tapered, thicker candles so haven’t decided about reorder yet.

Candles are a tricky business - you get a bad one and it takes forever to remove all that wax. I've ordered these twice and haven't had a drip one. I bought another brand from a florist for years, but they were discontinued. I took a chance on these and have been "glowing" ever since. Do NOT waste your money on candles from large chain or grocery stores. These are excellent and at a very reasonable price.

Half were broken and they are NOT dripless. If I didn’t need them right away I would have returned them.

Dripless is a lie. I was pleased with the amount of candles I received and the quality of the candle’s appearance. I love burning candles and decided to purchase these because of their lower price point for a large volume. If you are using these for anything more than decor be warned. While they look great and as expensive in appearance as competing higher priced candles, they do not burn well. There are many good reviews on this website for these but DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM unless you want to be scrapping wax off of everything. Clearly, these other reviewers did not allow their candles to burn over halfway or else they would have left similar reviews. If you have an event where you will be burning candles for no more that 4 hours, these are a great affordable option. However, after that they will begun to drip all over the place and be a pain to clean up. The entire candle will burn down into a waxy mess in about 6 hours, half the time the candles are advertised to last. My advice: if you are looking for candles to use as decor or for shorter events, these are a great option! If you are looking for a candle that you can burn all the way down or burn for a long period of time without creating a mess, this is not that candle. After halfway through the candle, even if it’s only been lit for a few minutes, wad will drip everywhere. I thought I’d leave this review since I was very excited when I first was buying these candles and disregarded the negative reviews. I hope this helps anyone deciding between these and another product!

P.S. My review is for the red and green candles.They fit my candlesticks, did not drip or smoke, and the color is solid throughout the candle (not an outer color over a white interior). I did not have significant trouble getting the wrapper off. They arrived straight and unbroken. Can't think of anything negative to say, so 5 stars and I recommend them.

With the power outages in California, I found I needed a supply of candles to provide light in the evenings at home. I have several safe candle holders with chimneys to protect the flame. These candles are perfect and burn without dripping all over the table. I am very happy with this purchase.

Bought these candles for my dining room table and I'm very pleased with them. They are just the right height and thickness.
