Wax-It-All

I recently used HOWARD Protective Food-Grade Wax on a variety of surfaces, including unfinished cabinets, a cherry wardrobe, metal lamps, and old oak cabinets, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. However, I’ll admit—I went through 3/4 of the container in just a week because I couldn’t stop using it! On the unfinished cabinets, the wax brought out the natural grain beautifully and gave them a smooth, subtle sheen. The cherry wardrobe looks richer and more vibrant, with the wax enhancing its natural color and finish. For my metal lamps, it worked wonders, removing smudges and leaving them looking polished and protected. And on the old oak cabinets, it was a game-changer, revitalizing the wood and restoring its charm while adding a durable layer of protection. The fact that this wax is food-grade and safe to use in the kitchen was a big bonus for me. It’s easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave any sticky residue. LOVE this product... bought additional jars for friends and relatives. Used on breadboards and furniture. Polishes the marks off the stainless steel appliances way better than stainless steel cleaners. Even polished the stove with it (top only, coil top stove. Polished it off and it left a shiny stove top... looks new!) It does not smell bad and I love that it is not toxic. I even rubbed some into the very dry skin on my arms and it worked better to moisturize my skin than products designed for this purpose!

This stuff literally had me waxing it ALL. it's a pretty large hand sized tub of yellowish wax. Upon opening I didn't notice any smell. I applied it with an old piece of cotton t shirt, onto a bare wood desk leg. This instantly brightened up the wood and gave it some shine. After testing it on bare wood I applied it using a round bristle brush from my chalk paint set, onto a painted desk top. The desk top had been painted with cheap acrylic paints from Walmart, and I had attempted to use some cheap "finishing wax" also from Walmart craft area, over top of the paint. Needless to say it didn't work and It left my desk sticky. So I got on Amazon and figured this was worth a shot. This not only covered the sticky "wax" I tried to use but it sealed it up pretty nicely. I plan to apply another coat but while that dried.... oh that's where the fun began. Talk about wax it all? Tell me why I went around my house looking for things to put this on? Old wooden keepsake boxes? Kitchen tables and chairs, a wicker shelf came back to life with this stiff. I am a customer for life on this stuff. I can't even.. I also used it on a plastic planter, you know the cheap reddish ones that are meant to resemble clay pots? It instantly brought that plastic pot from dull to new. I will rave about this to everyone I know. Really though. It's amazing, barely smells like anything at all, and is so easy to apply, you can use a rag, or a shirt, or a brush.. I mean I can't imagine anything easier. It glides on, feels so soft and even makes your skin feel amazing. Lol Does have a bit of a greasy touch when it's wet, but after it dries it's fine and it doesn't smell at all. I love how it takes raw wood from dull and dry to just clean and sealed. It's great. 10/10 I would buy this again, and I'll probably have to in 3 days because I can't stop finding things to use it on. 😅

I do like this product but after using it on several pieces of furniture, the results varied. I had the best of luck on some painted stacking tables that are on my covered porch. They've gotten weather worn over time even though they are covered from the elements. This helped to bring them back to life and add some protection from the weather. The worst result was on an antique oak table top with some areas where the clear protection had worn through. Although the color of the finish was the same, those worn areas look dull and can easily be seen. I'm guessing some type of polyethylene was used years ago. All this product did was add more shine to all areas so the worn areas are still more dull looking than the rest of the table. I used 3 coats thinking eventually it would even out but it did not.

Worked great. Like the small and the quality. Waxed all the wood in my house, Food grade was great for my cutting board. Good price. I always need two because I have oak baskets and want them to last longer so I do inside and out then buff. Good price, wish it came in a larger size. Have a wooden ancient tool box, probably a collectors item now. i use it for jewelry. Don't want to damage it with tools. Glows and shines light new, and is in perfect working order. Whenever i pass by I have to slide my hand along the surface just to enjoy the smooth finish. I have used several different brands. I like Daddy Vans too. It's just too expensive to use all over my house. This product does last awhile and I like to buff and shine regularly. Will buy again Dorsn't have a scent like other similar products. Does work as promised. Would buy again.

I primarily use the wax for my knife handles and it leaves them nice and shiny. The wax does dry with enough time. More than one coat will require more and more time. The protection for metal, plastic, wood and more completely depends on your uses and how you use them. It's rather easy to use, doesn't require a lot of extra work and you can have it ready to use in no time at all.

Quick delivery and this turned out to be a fantastic product. Although I have only used it on one item. Still, the item was painted and whittled. Before I used this product it felt rough to the touch. I applied the Howard WAX-IT ALL with a tooth brush and by hand. I let it dry then took a micro cloth to it and usually the cloth clings but this stuff smoothed it out and gave it a nice luster. The brush I used on gouge openings and flat parts I used my hand. I saw a guy using it on YOUTUBE and that was the reason for my purchase. Good stuff.

This wax is a lifesaver for my kitchen! I’ve used it on cutting boards, granite, and even metal hardware. It leaves a gorgeous, food-safe finish that really lasts. It's incredibly easy to apply and has no harsh odor. A must-have for protecting diverse surfaces around the house!

I’m so glad I came across this. It works wonders for sealing the outside of my concrete candle vessels.

白木の中華麺用木箱に使っています。 仕上げはしっかり磨き落とす。 安心な自然素材で匂いも少なく 水分を適度にはじく。 麺の余分な水分は吸ったり出したり調整しているようです。 汚れも少なく木箱メンテナンスに向いていると個人的には思います。 似ている塗料などもありますが安全性が高いと思います。
