I have had great results sealing narrow cracks in concrete with this product. I live where there are large temperature differences every day and this sealant has the elasticity and durability to last for several years after exposure to intense sun and numerous freeze-thaw cycles every year. It doesn’t match the color of the concrete but the durability of the repair is much better than the cement/mortar based products I’ve tried.

I did not even attempt to use the Sikaflex until over a year after I purchased it, and then discovered that it expired one week after I bought it. So, it was over a year past expiration. But to my surprise, it was still in good condition! Very tough, strong adhesion, but Amazon’s description says it’s self-leveling, which it is not. I used it to bond shoe soles, seal leaks, and a tough caulking compound. A very good product that I will probably buy again.

I've used this to fill cracks on the basement floor and walls to keep the radon being sucked out appropriately and I've also caulking the garage floor on the pre-cut areas just so Dustin stuff doesn't get lost in a little crevices

Incorrect product description. After applying the product, I realized that it is not self leveling and had to be tooled and shaped which made a huge mess. Contacted customer service and the agent has not a clue what self leveling even means. She just wants to give me $5 for my troubles and issue a return. Why would Amazon make a customer return a used tube of sealant that is open? It will make a huge mess during shipping and will just end up in the landfill. Not to mention the hassle. Not the best way to keep costs down and customers happy Amazon. Fix the description so that people are buying the correct item in the first place. It’s like trying to get a customer to rip out wall paper and return it just for the sake of returning. That is not customer service, but again, most of the agents have zero common sense, they don’t know the products and just read the same script whether you’re returning an already applied sealant or a modem.

In construction business. Better than silicon. There is no clear available though!

Product arrived on time and is very easy to use. Hoping for a great result with some cracks in my driveway.

If you have an older metal roof with screw gaskets that are failing, this product is worth its weight in gold. On a dry roof, work on your tan as you squirt a bead around each screw and tease it around with the cheapest 1" disposable paintbrush you can find. It is a time consuming process but our leaks just went away. Just bear in mind; the puddle on your floor does not always indicate exactly where your roof is leaking.We also had an issue with some centerline vents where the older foam gaskets had deteriorated, allowing blowing rain to get in horizontally under the vent. Clean them out, fill the void with expanding foam, trim it flush and paint it liberally with Sikaflex. Problem solved!

There is a big difference between sika construction sealant, and the self leveling sealant. The construction sealant is NOT self leveling and the description in Amazon incorrectly states that the construction sealant is self leveling. I bought this in the minute. I put it in my caulk gun I could tell it was too thick and not the self leveling ceiling I was looking for
