Doubt I’ll use the towel and the slide pads, but still a nice addition. So far the resistance feels great and does a decent job for a mini at home workout. The resistance bands are great because they don’t fold Or roll up when using them like for hip abductor workouts. Overall not a bad purchase. I’ll see how long they last before any breakage.

Absolute garbage. Not as advertised. Very hard to return you need a US Customs form. Don’t waste your money.

I received a package today and i am not satisfied with what I expected. The package came incomplete and I was disappointed that it wasn't shown like how it was in the picture. I will return this item.
