How much does this set weigh? What would be the amount I’d be lifting with just this

It doesn't weigh that much. I would say 20 lbs tops. I think the bar is like 11.5 lbs. The wheels don't weigh that much.

Is this returnable if the sleeves are not able to hold olympic plates in place without the big bulky wheels?

They hold Olympic plates no problem. There customer service is good though so I wouldn’t worry.

Can i add olympic weights to this without having those big bulky wheels on them?? just looking for a collapsible bar i can move around easily...

the wheels can come off. but the wheels are what make it cool, its very light, the rubber in the tires keep from banging weights around and the taller wheel keeps from having to bend over as far. its my personal favorite piece of workout equipment i own.
