Great camera!
Image quality is excellent, even at night. A web-based UI give you control over pretty much everything. Technical support is terrific. This is the second one I've purchased because the first one has been operating trouble-free for a couple of years.

Best bang for the buck cam for a tight budget
Purchased 2 of these here on Amazon and 5 of them personally from EmpireTech-Andy. A good friend of mine started a restaurant up and came to me for the best security camera's to start with for great image quality and Andy pointed me to these camera's. This camera is no joke; its a serious budget camera. There is no excuse to buy anything cheaper than this. Now I can encourage others to install these on their properties as budget is typically the first excuse that comes on their minds; at least this would be a start. For four cameras and a BI License or budget NVR, you can set up a fairly decent system for less than $400, also to stress, these are Starlight cameras. Check out the pictures, crystal clear picture quality with built in mic for audio. Go with these if you need something to start out with but on a limited budget!

Woked Great with Dahau NVR
This camera worked flawlessly with my Dahua NVR, motion and perimeter protection all worked very well. The night vision is excellent and overall image quality is very nice. I had one small issue with the IR not coming on at first but the seller responded promptly and resolved it. Kudos for excellent after sale support! What I donโt like is the mounting on these cameras. Itโs not necessarily that the base and outer housing is made of plastic, I can live with that, itโs that the small tab that locks the camera to the base is too flimsy. You can knock these cameras off the base by the slightest hit to the camera. I fixed the mounting on mine by inserting a small pvc wedge that keeps the tab down and locked in place. If your cameras are low enough for someone to reach, it could be a problem with someone not only disabling your camera but also walking away with it. I prefer the all metal bases but at this price point I can live with the plastic by using the fix to hold the locking tab down. If they could fix the mounting of these cameras I'd rate it 5 stars.

This is a great camera for daylight and bit fuzzy at night but the price is great.
I have 3 of these cameras and the overall image quality is very good during the day and acceptable at night. I would not expect great night vision from these as the sensor size is quite small (1/2.9), if you want great night vision at 4mp you need a larger sensor like 1/1.8. But those cameras are almost twice as much.

GREAT budget cameras
Great cameras and received them within two days. I used a Dahua NVR and these were essentially plug-n-play. Top notch and top notch seller.

Great picture quality, easy installation!
I bought 2 of these cameras and have had them up and running for a little over a month with zero problems. Picture quality is excellent in the day and at night, and having audio is a nice bonus too. It's easy to unclip the camera from the included base if you need to remove it for adjustment. They work well with Blue Iris security software. Appear to be generic Dahuas which is a respected brand. I mounted one near an existing camera without running an extra wire, by hiding a POE switch in a junction box beneath it. Using a "POE Texas" injector to power these cameras. Uploaded a still shot here, but I also have a full review with video samples on my YT channel.

Very reliable camera with great features
Great camera, extremely reliable, good lighting at night, very crisp clear images. Very happy with them, this is the 3rd one I've bought. And the price is great for the value.

Decent image quality, Garbage mobile app!
This cam has a really good picture qualit, but I'd your in an iPhone and going to use the iOS app don't waste your time... I installed these for a friend who has a couple of dusk to dawn lights on his garage and they stay full color and look great doing so. The cameras do require initial setup that are s a bit more complicated than most Big Box cameras, but the picture quality makes up for it. Then again, if you plan on using these cameras with the iPhone app and expect to get consistent accurate alerts, and the clips saved and archived in an easy to view manner don't waste your time. When using these cameras with SD cards as storage the store videos the cameras the app is hot garbage. Videos that are recorded do not get added to the "messages" section of the app (it's the area that keeps all of the motion detection clips). The only way to view clips is to scroll back through the timeline part of the app. Which, if that was functional and not bugged out "might" be an acceptable alternative. The timeline starts at the current day and if you play a video and attempt to go to the next or chose a different one all together, the timeline totally resets and you go back to start. It makes these incredibly difficult to use and review footage via the app. This vendor, as well as the manufacturer, know this is an issue but blame the problem on Apple/iOS. If I had the chance, I would buy big box cameras, or any other brand than Loryta/dahua if attempting to go the local storage (sd card) and iOS app route. Because at least then you'd be able to review footage easily. And for what it's worth, Im techy. I set these up on their own subnet on a poe switch. The issues I had are not a config issue. They're a hardware/app issue. Unless you have an NVR I can not recommend these.
