This is a pretty simple and nice facial cleaner to have. It arrived pretty quick for me. It has a a simple instructions that make using this very simple and easy. There are two attachments and a simple measuring cup to ensure you have enough water. There are two different settings just 1 and 2. After filling it up, (do NOT overfill as it could result in hot water spilling out) it takes about five minutes to get the water hot enough. I would recommend putting the attachment on before turning the device on. The minor complaint I have here is that the attachment is a bit easy to take off even with it properly locked in. That being said, I would highly recommend you do not pick this device up once it up and running. Also only handle this thing with gloves or a towel just to be safe. Again this is very basic facial cleanser so there are no fancy bells and whistles. Another thing to note is to not put your chin on the plastic at all because you may burn your face. I would recommend just keeping it an inch or two away. Also the best way for this to work is to just move your face side to side to get best coverage. It does a good job and my face feels pretty good. I would recommend that you wait for the device to cool before handling the water.Pro:1. Simple controls and easy setup2. It's only stay warm for 15 minutes. After that you need to shut down for 5 minutes before another use. cannot use back to back.

I like the way the steam helps to open up pores and moisturize my skin.

Do Not Buy. I just fired this up brand new, and its been almost 15 mins and no sign of steam. This is a joke. I took out the Facial and the nose cover, and the water seemed to be getting hot after like 10-12 mins, but there is no steam whatsoever. This is sooo going back! Total Junk.

I highly recommend!! OMG 😍 this bad boi does the J.O.B. it steam's....it gets HOT!! It does everything it's suppose to do as described!! So light weight.... doesn't take up space..... Y'all will not be disappointed 😉 I promise.....best product I've bought so far hands down.....this little guy packs a Huge punch!!!

I just purchased this to replace my old one, I had for a very long time.This Huasida facial steamer- takes 20-35 minutes to warm up a tiny container of water. My old one took a few minutes. So, while you are waiting 20-35 min, you cannot leave, because it would burn.You have to wait! There’s no sound to signal when the water is warm. The only way to know it is to keep checking on it while standing over it.The button is very hard to turn on and off. It takes two hands, pushing, and turning hard.It’s got two temperatures. If you use the 1st, it would probably take 50 min for the water to warm up. The second is very hot and burns, so that cannot be used.I just noticed there’s water coming out on the bottom. Quite frankly it’s a cheap peace of Chinese sh&%#!t for $39. The price should reflect the quality. I barely ever sent anything back, but this may have to be returned.
