Line and color move around the page, growing like the gardens she references. I love the art and vibe of Helen Dardik's book--a picture book for everyone from pre-teens to senior citizens. It is full of wise positive quotes and statements. The playful cartoons are fun to explore and inspiring. We need more books like this. A printed book also needs to feel good in the hands. This one has a hard cover, nice smooth paper inside, and a green band to close it so it feels like the sketchbook it is modeled after. I also was pleased to find a ribbon book mark, which adds to the vintage vibe of the book.

This is a gorgeous little art book. I've followed the artist on instagram for a couple of years now and I adore her work. I didn't get much time with it before it had to be packed away to move houses, but I can't wait to be unpacked, so I can display it on my bookshelves. My 3 year old really enjoys flipping through the pages, as well. It's so colorful and inspiring.

My book came yesterday (which was really fast!) and I love it. The drawings are just delightful. I'm a flower fan, so the garden theme really appeals to me. I can't wait to use it as a travel diary, when traveling becomes a thing again. They only way it could be improved is if it were more colourful, like Helen's work on Instagram.

This book is just delightful! I bought it for myself during the COVID quarantine period and it brought me such joy. The happy and uplifting details of the book and amazing artwork did the trick to brighten up my day! Great gift or as a coffee table conversation piece! I LOVE IT!

I always find inspiration in this artist’s drawings so I decided to buy her book. My daughter who is four decided to draw as soon as she she opened the book so the inspiration and love of her work is spreading to more generations. Very enjoyable.

This delightful little book is filled with so many whimsical illustrations it would make a great gift for any age. A sturdy hardcover houses fun pages you’ll visit over and over!

Dibuixos inspiradors. Un bon recull d’ilustracions molt boniques i plenes de detalls.

Das Buch ist einfach herzallerliebst. Die Zeichnungen sind genau so, wie ixh es erwartet habe. Die meisten Seiten sind fast wie Wimmelseiten, ich entdecke immer wieder Neues. Die Sprüche sind ebenfalls passend. Es ist viel Platz, um hin und wieder selbst etwas zu malen oder zu schreiben, wenn man das mag. Ich werde das Buch so schnell nicht ins Regal stellen, weil ich es immer wieder anschauen.
