I have been using this wall ball daily for 2 months and it is just as sturdy and strong as it was on day one! I did a lot of research before making this purchase and of all then heavy medicine balls out there, I settled on this one.It is well made; true to the descriptions, and as an added bonus the company has great customer service. I also liked that Ziva contributes part of its sales revenue to a charitable cause.

There is no dislikes about it

The medicine balls at the gym are worn out so I take this with me. I also use it at home to slam it on the floor and against the wall. Works great.

I need to exercise but not overdue it. I really like this ball because it built to last. It is made of what appears to be very heavy duty materials to handle the exercise routine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It is available in different weights but this will do great for now.
