Mosquito Dunks 6's - Biological Mosquito Control

My moms back yard has so many mosquitos. I put this in a pot of water outside and this is the first summer I don’t get bit immediately after stepping outside

Works great if grass clippings are added to bucket of water...full disk is not nessesary

I live in Austin, TX and despite it being a fairly dry place, the mosquitos on my quarter-acre lot are a problem. I have no standing water and a well-maintained yard, but they make life outside for me and my kids a total pain. I was skeptical of this product but for $8 figured I’d give it a try.One word: WOW.I bought a 10gal bucket and lid at Home Depot, drilled a few 1/2-inch holes in the lid, filled the bucket 3/4 full with hose water, threw in a few big handfuls of damp leaves/lawn clippings, and ONE Mosquito Dunk. The mosquitos are attracted to the water and decomposing vegetation. Two weeks later, virtually ZERO mosquitos.Mosquito Dunks are larvicide that kills the hatched mosquito larvae and prevents them from growing into adult mosquitos.This product absolutely works.

It works but I found mosquito fish are less expensive, and more fun to watch in a tank.
