11-21-2020 UPDATE I've been using my replacement Anker PowerCore Slim 10000 PD, USB-C Power Bank (18W) for a little over a week now, and all seems to be well. I like that it charges my phone quick, and that it is pretty light to carry around in my purse. My only issue is that it does get pretty hot when charging my Ipad. but I think that's pretty common when trying to charge an IPad with a smaller powerbank, and doesn't bother me so much. I think I will use it primarily for my Iphone, and I would recommend using the larger Anker 20000 PowerCore to charge an Ipad. I have several of those larger Anker PowerBanks and they charge my ipad 11 Pro (2020) flawlessly, and quickly, and they never get hot. But for the iphone, I think this is the perfect size charger, and I get several charges before I have to re-charge the PowerCore. I have to say again that customer service was excellent. If you have a defective unit, give them a chance to make it right. The seem to stand behind their product. They were not only friendly, but also extremely responsive via email. They replaced my defective unit, and also sent a PowerPort Speed+Duo wall charger to replace the mini wall charger that kept getting extremely hot when charging the PowerCore. They also took the time to answer any questions I had. I'm really impressed with the replacement Duo wall charger. I used it to charge up my Ipad, my iphone, the PowerCore and anything else I could get my hands on. I wanted to see how fast it charged, AND if it got hot. It remained cool, and didn't get hot once. It has the PD or USB charge, so you can use either one. I prefer to use the PD as it charges much quicker. I definitely recommend this over the mini wall charger. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: 11-13-2020 I've updated my rating to 3 stars for now. After I sent my unit back, I was contacted by the seller, and they have sent me a replacement Anker PowerCore Slim 10000 PD. I am in the process of charging and recharging to see how things go. So far, so good! It is a really nice, light charger, and I like the quick charge. However, I did have issues with the mini wall charger, which got REALLY hot when using it. They are sending a replacement and I will update my review when I see how the wall charger replacement works. Also, I will give more updates as to how many charges I get out of each fully charged Powercore after using it for a few more weeks. I must say I am really impressed with their friendly, customer service. I never expected to hear from them about the issues with my first purchase. I do have several other Anker products that I bought, and have been really happy with so far, so I am hoping I just got a bad unit, and everything will be ok from here on out. They really do seem to stand behind their product, and seem to want to make things right. Definitely impressed with that. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It seems like a really nice charger, and I like how slim it is; however- IT WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE! I charge it up, and within a few hours, it is down from 4 to 3 lights, and takes another HOUR to Re charge (this without even using it). This make it uses less to me if it does t hold a charge! Sending it back.

Very fast charging and will charge my phone from 10% to 80% 3 times before I have to recharge it. I use it daily. I have switched to only buying Anker products like this because of the durability and quality

My initial charger did not hold a charge for long. I posted the below review, and within one day, someone from Anker reached out to me, determined I had a defective unit, and soon sent me a free replacement! The customer support was excellent, even when I hadn't asked for it. They definitely went above and beyond. I like the new charger, and it holds a good charge for at least 10 days, and quickly charged my iphone after that (via a not-included usb-c to lightning cable). I recommend Anker, and this portable charger. ------ (previous review) I wanted to like this power bank; it had great reviews and specs, and was from a name I know. It also looks better in person than from the pictures here. However, the battery does not hold a charge for long. After a full charge (overnight, all blue lights are lit), it only lasts 5 to 6 days before it is completely discharged (no lights). This is *without* being plugged into anything or trying to charge anything from it, multiple times. For me, this makes it useless, as I cannot rely on it being charged when I need it. I cannot have it is plugged in all the time just in case. I have had numerous other power banks that lasted much longer and only slowly lost charge over weeks. In general I like Anker, and have a bunch of their gear that's been good (chargers, cables, etc.) but I do not recommend this product, unless you want to use the power bank right after you charge it.

i ordered this battery pack as a last minute purchase for my trip. I received the battery on the day we were starting the trip and i was very excited to have this in hand and most importantly enough juice for our phone. So i take the battery pack and i connected to my latest Dell alienware UsbC port to charge it. Surprise Surprise this battery pack doesn't charge unless you are using a Power Delivery charger. I was soooo mad that i couldn't get this battery charged and ready for the trip. Buyers be aware - YOU NEED A POWER DELIVERY CHARGER TO MAKE IT WORK NO OTHER WAY TO CHARGE THIS Power Bank. Follow up on this battery pack. First of all i would like to highlight how quick a customer service rep from Anker reached out to me and offered an option to solve the issue. This is how you win back a customer and for this i would offer you 6 stars 😜 Being able to charge and use the battery pack i can say that i am extremely happy with the fast charging option for Appple devices. A quick note here - you will need an USB C to lightning cable to take advantage of the fast charging option. Overall i am very happy with this power pack and i would recommend to anyone on the market for something slim and bigger capacity. PS to the vendors: Don't presume we have all the cables and chargers necessary to make it work out of the box.

Die Powerbank hat sich nach dem ersten Aufladen komplett selbst entladen und lädt sich jetzt nicht mehr auf. Ich hatte Anker als Premiumqualität in Erinnerung - der Eindruck ist vorbei.

Der Formfaktor und die Farbe gefielen mir sehr gut. Hier ist ein Lithium-Ionen Akku verbaut. Wichtig war mir auch die Stromabgabe über USB-C. Eigentlich wollte ich es als Akku-Erweiterung für die Oculus Quest 2 nutzen. Das geht einwandfrei, wenn man die PB z.B. in die Brusttasche steckt, dann ist es kein Problem. Möchte man die PB aber an den Elite Strap kletten, ist sie ein wenig breit. Da empfiehlt sich ein schmalerer Formfaktor. Ansonsten ist das Gerät top. Einmal aufgeladen konnte ich damit ein Tablet komplett laden und danach mein Samsung Galaxy Note 10 lite (Akkustand < 10%) nutzen für Videotelefonie (Whatsapp) ca. 40 min. Danach war der Samsung Akku bei knapp 50% und die PB alle. :) Ich denke, das ist ein recht gutes Ergebnis für die 10000mAh PB. Ein dünner Schutzbeutel ist enthalten. Im Lieferumfang ist eine kleine gefaltete Anleitung in vielen Sprachen und ein USB-C Ladekabel. Die Taste auf der Geräteoberseite zeigt einmal den Ladestand der PB. Einfach zu ladendes Gerät anschließen und los geht es. Möchte man jedoch nur den Erhaltungsmodus aktivieren, drückt man die Taste 2x, bzw. für 2sec. Die LEDs leuchten dann grün.
