I've tried many sleep aid products and this one is among my favorites. The flavor is very good, and not just compared to other awful sleep supplements, but almost enjoyable. For a supplement, that's high praise.I drink it hot and yes, I have to swirl and stir it to make sure I get the powdery bits but that's par for the course with powdered supplements if we're honest. The sleepiness can come on strong or occasionally, not at all, and I measure my sleep efficacy using a smartwatch and I do get more deep and REM sleep using this product.Overall, this gets a high recommendation; it's not quite as strong as Repp Sports Hyper Sleep, but significantly more relaxing, gentle, and tastier than slamming a shot of ZzzQuil.

First bought in 2020, and it had big white flakes in it. Have been ordering every month for the past year and flakes were gone after first couple bottles. Most likely GABA, and moisture exposure.The formula did change a little (some of the ingredients were lowered) , but affects we’re not noticeable. Best sleep aid I’ve ever used out of the dozens over the years.Although works better with infrequent use, still does the trick if used on a daily basis with half a scoop couple hours before bed, then another half if needed right before sleep.

This stuff works and tastes great! No groggy feeling In the morning and sleep through the night with only one bathroom trip which is unheard of w my bladder lol

I got this for my boyfriend and I to try. We both workout and both have sleep troubles. I liked the ingredients list. Unfortunately, it did not help us. It might for someone that doesn't have anxiety problems. My boyfriend thought it was a bit too sweet. I thought it was "okay" regarding flavor.

If you want to maximize your recovery in order to prep for your next session of heavy lifting, a better product could not be recommended! This product will put you in a coma overnight and you'll feel incredible when you wake up! Definitely add this to your stack! Rich new what he was doing!

I used this product starting back in 2017 and it was great. It mixed well, tasted great and worked like a charm. I stopped using it for the last year and a half and ordered it again and wow, Rich most be turning in his grave! It tastes nasty, doesn't mix and isn't anywhere near the quality it used to be. I hate to say it but I would definitely recommend steering clear of this product.
