Great battle rope! Very sturdy and heavy, and best way to strengthen your core. One mistake I made is that I first installed it in our basement which is covered with carpet. Put it in your garage or on a cement surface... cos it will wear off your carpet very soon.

This type of activity when included in the WODs Workout Of the Day was a fun way to exercise. Now with quarantine and mask requirements it has become difficult to attend the cross fit gyms indoors. So I decided to purchase my own set of ropes and have been very happy that I did. It is one of the most intensive but simple exercises to break up of the monotony of having a small home gym. The ropes are thick and have a great deal of weight in them. This set came with the mounting hardware needed to have attached to the garage wall or I have used some thick nylon webbing with a locking d ring to attach outdoors to a tree. The product listing and included sheet have so many different exercises that I can add to my routine besides the usual "sine wave" alternating rope workout on my arms.

I didnt want a thick rope where i couldnt grip and this rope is great for ladies as a starter rope. The thickness is perfect for grips and very well made. It comes with nuts and bolts if you decide to do more than just battle ropes.

I am not a gym rat nor a couch potato. I would say I am not in shape but not fat either. I got this battle rope to help me want to workout. It worked as planned. I really wanted to find a fun way to work out without feeling like I was working. Not only is this fun, it really gets your heart rate up and up fast. I never thought that I would be getting a cardio workout at the same time but I will not complain.This battle rope is just like the ones at the gym and will work you out. It comes with everything to need to set up and start having fun. I just wished there was a mounting strap to better protect wear on the battle rope. This is my only complaint.

I'm extremely excited to use my batte rope! This is something I've been eyeing for awhile but cost was a factor buy this was priced great and is worth every penny.

This was a good and cheap buy at first but as you continue to use it you can tell that the rope begins to unwind, almost to the point that if you try and use it again the rope might just snap. Its only been a month and its already starting to give out, if you plan on using this very minimal then its a good buy but if your serious and enjoy this work out this rope wont last.
