- This fried White tuna in escabeche is produced following a traditional recipe exclusive to Conservas Ortiz. The White tuna is fried in olive oil before cleaning the tuna loins carefully. Then it is packed whole, by hand, in our traditional escabeche. The result is a White tuna with an unmistakable, full flavour.
