I am one of those that automatically believes such holistic/natural remedies are nothing but snake-oil!So I didn't believe in it, and a friend forced it on me one day - I was amazed! it worked.It smells very strong, so apply near an open door or window and not before bed.

I purchased this item originally in Dubai whilst on vacation after having severe pain on my back it was in a cream format from a hotel vending machine, my Physio here at home has stated along with me that this product gives intense relief to the area of pain and since I have tried many doctors prescribed medication in Europe, none are as quick relief as this product

Moore spray is good for when you don't want to use the ointmentI think it is more effective than the ointment but I maybe wrongHowever the spray top bit keeps coming apart now and again otherwise it's good for pain relief

Not as good as the ointment but if u have athritis and u can't reach your back this is good as its a spray and u can use it from a distance.
