Pretty disappointed. Did not work at all as expected. Cuts and spreads just fine but does not make those little shavings as pictured; not with hot or cold butter. Still functional as a butter knife though, just not as cool

I really like these special knives. I like the weight and design, too. I think they make sandwich preparation a snap because they spread butter or mayonnaise evenly the first time.
