One of the few brushes out there that have a solid wood handle. Do not buy a brush with a two-piece handle. They are weak in the middle and will break on you with just a little applied pressure.

Easy to manage brush for a wood fired stove. I use this regularly and after 6 months it still looks brand new. This brush helps Me clean the stone within the pizza oven, it’s small enough to bit into tight spaces without issues.

I am a beginner to pizza making, but one of the biggest issues I had was the burnt excess flour that clings to the bottom of the pizza and overpowers its taste. This brush solved this issue for me. I used it to brush off excess burnt flour, or any stuck ingredients from a failed launch and go on to the next pizza. I'm surprised at how well it resists the heat and flames, I don't let it linger inside the oven for more than 5-10 seconds at a time, but my flame resistant gloves dont even survive this long. It's pricey, but the build quality and the benefits make me feel it's worth it.

Does a good job cleaning the pizza oven after cheese and dough got stuck to it. Didn’t scratch the surface at all

This is a definite must have for your pizza oven. Helps to clean in between each pizza so there is less buildup and burnt flour.

This is a well made but expensive brush for basic cleaning of the pizza stone. However, what you will find over time is that by running the Ooni pizza oven at high 800+ degrees for 45 - 60 minutes is much like a self cleaning oven. It will turn most all food debris into white ashes. All you need to do after that is whip the ashes off of the stone with a dry cloth. If I had it to do over again, I would have spent $19 on a pizza oven brush to do the same basic cleaning. Onni is a very good company but you don't need to spend allot of money on their various pizza oven tools..... unless you just like the name Ooni on everything.
