I've really struggled finding a brand that doesn't react with my eczema and this is it!! No stinging unless my eczema has caused a wound/bleeding but that's to be expected. Every other brand I've used has burned immediately on the most tame eczema break outs. Love this brand and have started using so many other things from them, not only is it great for sensitive skin but it actually works. Would recommend any product from them for people with super sensitive and reactive skin.

Brilliant stuff! My daughter has pretty severe eczema and she has tried everything from the doctors and then has been using Byoma which was ok at first but her skin has been getting so bad lately I was sure she was reacting to something. So I bought this and with 48 hours all her redness has gone down and her eye swelling had virtually disappeared. The turn around is amazing. She does need to apply regularly to her face and body but I would highly recommend!

It is quite effective. I picked up a sample at the oncologist and quickly bought a big bottle. Right now, there seem to be few creams that don't just make my skin worse, although Epaderm still works, it is a bit oil/greasy whereas this stuff is absorbed quite quickly. It is fragrance free, which is good if you are trying to minimise possible allergens, and it is actively anti irritation as well as emolient. I'd say it was expensive, but not that expensive. If it keeps working, I'll keep buying it.
