Fishers Finery Men's 100% Pure Cashmere Ribbed Cuffed Hat; Ultra Plush

I love this damned beanie. I bought mine in grey, in late october, 2020! I paid $42.99 back then. I couldn't be much less surprised that its gone up almost 50% in price... But frankly, I'll pay the $62.99 when its time, probably this fall of 26, right when this beanie is actually 6 years old. It's finally starting to get threadbare, and I wear it all the time in the cool or cold new england weather. It's thin, warm, light, INCREDIBLY comfortable and soft. It never itches or makes my hair "hurt" if you know what I mean. It also fits and looks great. It is versatile and looks good with almost anything in grey. I really love and recommend this beanie. By far the best beanie I have ever had.

High quality medium density weave. The neutral brown goes easily with most outfit colors and styles in with anything from jeans to dress slacks. It's warm but not hot, breathable but blocks the wind. Lightweight. Perfect at 20 degrees still comfortable at 60. There is enough extra in the cuff roll down over your neck to help keep the snow and breeze off of you. Seems to stay in place pretty well without constant adjustments. Overall solid quality hat.

I usually have issues with even really fine natural fibers making my skin itch but not a problem with this hat. It's also insane how warm it is compared to how thin and light it is. Best stocking cap I've ever gotten.

Classic look. So soft it almost feels like 2nd skin & you forget you’re wearing it. That’s how the best clothing should fit. Other brands/styles I purchased to compare were slightly irritating despite also being merino wool. The other brands continually had to be readjusted, rather than just fitting perfect right out of the box. Good beanies seem to be unreasonably hard to find. They’re either too big w/ extra fabric, too thick & scratchy or sewn uneven on top giving a sloppy appearance. I was looking for a clean, fitted look that sat flush on my head w/o all the frumps and bumps. The quality speaks for itself on this 1. I returned the other brands (including a Stetson which was double the price) and got multiple of these. Can’t go wrong w/ this 1. Impressed w/ everything from presentation to finish.

Very attractive hat. Super soft and comfortable to wear. I’d say good for temps in the 30’s. Doesn’t offer protection from the cold wind. You’d still need your hood up for that.

Bought this as a birthday gift and it was well received! Came in a nice packaging which was perfect for giving as a gift. The hat itself is wonderful quality for the price. The color is exactly as expected. I like the variation in color and it’s a great weight…warm but not bulky or too big. Very fitted to the head and soft to the touch. The elasticity is great and it has versatility since it can be worn with casual clothes or more dressesd up. Perfect for Florida winters…cashmere keeps you warm but doesn’t get too hot! Highly recommend

Although Cashmere is technically the undercoat HAIR of an Australian or Northern Indian Cashmere goat, and NOT the wool outer coat of a sheep (thus, not wool or a “coat” at all!), the US Wool Institute defines Cashmere advertising thus: 100% Cashmere must contain only natural Cashmere, from the Cashmere goat. “Cashmere blend” must contain at least 33% Cashmere as defined above. “Cashmere” as a lead, and without the words “contains,” must be at least 51% natural Cashmere. “Contains cashmere” can be ANY amount (even 1%). Buyer beware, LOOK at the % before buying and do not buy unless it is given in the description! We will post if there is a discrepancy on an item. In the old days, the FTC would go after advertisers who didn’t conform to those industry standards. Today, China and the web mean buyers have to fend for themselves. To complicate matters, there are very good Cashmere knock offs (manmade synthetics or other animal hair substitutes). At test certified dot org, we test these regularly and comment in our Amazon reviews, and nothing as tough as DNA testing is required: a simple microscope/lanolin panel will do it. Cashmere is three times as insulating, and almost half as light as some wools, but the very best Milano wools are so fine that they make, in some cases, as good a blend as pure Cashmere, for example, 70% Cashmere, 25% Milano, and 5% silk. Amazon has some AMAZING deals on real, 100% Cashmere from time to time, such as hats and gloves retailing at Macy’s for $200 and for sale here for $30, but DO NOT ignore products with genuine Milano wool for comfort, warmth and less bulk either. Some big box stores call Milano “smart wool” because it doesn’t scratch and is so fine that it simulates Cashmere in many ways. TIP: I’ve also found $500 100% Cashmere sweaters for $5 at Goodwill from time to time! This hat is a GREAT deal at this writing. It is $180 at Dillards, and $30 US here at this writing in late 2015/ early 2016. It is well woven, 100% real Cashmere, not a knock off or a synthetic. It runs SLIGHTLY small, but a tight fit with this high a quality fabric does not feel bad!

El gorro se ve bien, pero el empaque llegó todo aplastado y en malas condiciones. Y era un regalo tuve que sacarlo y ponerlo en otra caja.

My son is sensitive to other fabrics. The pure cashmere is perfect for him.
