Great customer service!
The pool came a little late but overall the customer service was wonderful. Very friendly people! Pool is study, heavy duty lining, pool poles are much nicer than other pools we have had. The vacuum is a great accessory, filter worked as soon as plugged in and cover fits great. I chose this pool for all the added accessories and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Great pool but missing the Vacuum and the pump does not work well
Our kids love the pool and it seems sturdy however I did not get the cleaning kit like it stated and the pump is not powerful enough.

Pool is nice. No accessories.
The directions were vague, but we got the pool put together in the end. The vacuum/net were missing from the package. No plans to return it but I am disappointed that the maintenance items were all missing.

Best experience with a company
Of course with mass produced items you may have a hiccup. But this company and their PR person were right on it. I am so impressed with the pool and company I can't express it enough. They were right on the problem within a day and took care of it. My daughter and grandson love the pool! I love it for the easy care and upkeep.My only regret is I didn't buy the 24x12x52 semi permanent pool. And it looks like this smaller one will last for a long time so I'll never get to own the larger pool.

Incomplete order
Pool seems fine just not shipped with accessories and an incomplete order is false advertising. Would be more stars if order was sent complete

Very good quality pool for a reasonble price
The pool was so easy to assemble, Less than an hour after ground was leveled and ready. Very happy with our purchase!

Summer Fresh we love our pool
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install of course you need a good work of the ground to install the pool the pump as you can see works perfectly we are really satisfied we recommend this pool

Pool great. Accessories need to be replaced.
Like the pool. One reason I picked this one is because if all the necessities that came with it. Would be better off getting just the pool.. the ladder, pump, cover and vacuum all had to be replaced with better quality items. Ladder too wobbly, vacuum didn’t work, pump too weak and I replaced the cover with a solar one. Getting the pool with those things included was a waste of money.
