I normally wear a 14 in zip up pants, so I purchased a large in the bike shorts and they fit well. I'm rather tall at 5' 8" and the length is just what I was wanting -2/3 of the way to my knees.I can't say I noticed the "tummy control", but considering how soft and stretchy the fabric is, it would be difficult to have too much firmness across the stomach. Plus my stomach is where I carry most of my weight after having 2 large babies.The pockets are deep enough to carry my phone and ID without worrying about them falling out. Overall, I'm very happy with this brand and just might get more colors.

Comfortable, soft and true to size

I am happy with this product however there are some things I want to go into detail about.Positives: They are comfortable, flattering, a little bit slimming/shaping on my tummy and butt, and the pockets are easily big enough to hold everything I need. I am 5'5'' 175lbs and I ordered the Large, they fit well. The material is soft and has a lot of stretch.Negatives: I bought these to wear under skirts, kinda weird but I'm living my life. Anyway they are a bit long to go under the skirts I want to wear them with so I am shortening them to the seam just under the pockets, which happen to be slanted, making this slightly more challenging. That won't come up for most though. The real negatives that are gonna apply are: The white pair is see through, I have to wear them with skin-tone underwear if I want to wear them without a skirt, and the black pair does that thing where it turns my phone case, my legs, and the undersides of my fingernails black with residual dye even though I've washed them 3 times. I am keeping them anyway as it isn't the end of the world for me.

Very good material, and very comfortable!.

I bought a pair of these shorts last April ($17) and love them far more than anticipated. They’re thick but not constricting and just the right amount of compression and cut just right. Still going strong over a year later, quality A+.I just got another pair of the same color, same style, they’re on sale ($12)… the material and cut changed.The tags match and the material content says it’s the same, but they feel more like a lycra swimsuit material and noticeably thinner, but not quite so thin they’re see-through. They’re also cut blockier and higher in the waist so they don’t fit me as well. For being on sale, they’re alright, but not the same as they were a little over a year ago. For sure not the same quality and i’m not expecting them to last near as long.

Very comfortable!! A little longe than I wanted but very comfortable

These shorts fit me really well.I love to wear them while biking. I bought 2 other pair previously and they were a much different material,so hope these are just as good.I love the red color,they look good with a suntan.These shorts are super comfortable and I would recommend them to anybody.
