Just installed this faucet. Installation was really easy. ***The Ridgid EZ Change plumbers tool made removal of the old faucet really easy, too.The faucet works great, and is a really good looking upgrade! It looks as good as the Moen and Delta faucets that are far more expensive.The clearance is also great for washing larger pots and pans, and the pull-down feature works well (actually works better than the Delta faucet at my buddy’s house).

We bought this kitchen faucet about 3 years ago.We found it to be a good faucet that was reasonably priced.The faucet started to drip.The washers were fine.This company said it has a life time guarantee, so we contacted them via email on 8.25 .25 and told them the problem. They emailed us back on the next day on 8.26.25 and asked for more information to determine if it was the faucet itself or the Sprayer.On Wednesday 8.27.25 they determined it was the Sprayer and would ship out the replacement right away.We received our new Sprayer on Sunday 8.31.25.The new Sprayer works great and no more dripping.I can say that there aren't a lot of companies that back there productsBecause they believe in the quality.This company is 100% getting my business because of this guarantee.Hopefully this helps others decide to purchase this product.

Excellent, affordable and easy to install! Having a single handle faucet has made keeping the area clean so much easier. Works great and I love having the two different flow options, spray and full.

After about 10 years I found that my existing Moen faucet was leaking from within t the faucet assembly somewhere (fittings were fine), so decided to just replace it.After some searching I settled on this unit, a lot are using identical designs so I'm assuming they're so coming from the same factory and I caught this one on sale.Build quality on it is good, I'd say 8/10, all metal but for the price and what you get, it's a great value. The included hot and cold lines are plenty long, all metal, and good quality. I loved the fact the water liner up to the head is hot swappable and the line has a mark where to place the weight to balance it. The hot swappable prob came in handy as after installing found the line was hitting my cold water shut off valve knob, but I was able to result disconnect it maneuver it around and reconnect with zero water leaks.The install is simple and easy, really just insert it into sink connect water lines, connect hot swap connection and adjust weight if needed. Took maybe 30 minutes to remove my old unit, clean up, and install this. I would recommend adding a bead of silicone around the base to both secure and prevent leaks. Personally I put down a bead of gorilla construction adhesive, let it sit overnight, then laid down silicone over that - both clear.(GE Supreme Kitchen/Bath is all I use now, great adhesion, waterproof, sets up quick, and isn't overly messy like some others). Feels very solid in place and love the performance, the pull down head is great vs the pull out head of my Moen -that just felt too bulky. Also feels like water pressure increased a bit, in both stream and spray. It switches smoothly between modes, with water running I can pull down the head with no issue - pause button works flawlessly and it's another awesome feature, comes in handy when washing stuff off in the sink - instead of turning off the water i can hit that, move an item and right back to rinsing. Lastly, the faucet looks great - I recently put all new cabinet and drawer handles in my kitchen (all oiled bronze color) - this matches them perfectly. Would absolutely recommend, great item for a great price - just know quality wise you aren't buying a Moen, but it does feel solid and carries a high end feel/look.

This is our second purchase of this sink. We gave it away when we moved and have repurchased now that we’re back in the same rental community (military). It’s affordable and made well. It feels substantial for the price and the brushed nickel matches the sink.Super easy installation. Our previous one did begin to slightly rust around the base plate bc we did not seal it. Bc we move every few years, this doesn’t bother us but for sure would recommend sealing it if you plan on longer use.The height of the sprayer when resting in the dock is the perfect height to spray without soaking everything. If you don't know what I’m talking about, consider yourself lucky you haven’t had this problem yet in life.The flat surface and right angles of the faucet do tend to collect water and not run off if not wiped up. I keep a cloth on the neck of the faucet anyway and this has become a habit to wipe up water around the sink so it doesn’t bother me but worth noting.I’d also like to note that both times we purchased over the years, the product came neatly in a box with good directions, not damage, and all of the parts which, for Amazon these days, can completely be a hit or miss. “A” for quality consistency!
