I’ve been using Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil for a while and really like it. The quality is excellent, and it doesn’t have that strong fishy taste or smell that a lot of fish oils do. It’s easy to take and hasn’t upset my stomach at all. I’ve noticed better joint comfort and overall wellness since using it consistently. I also like knowing it’s responsibly sourced and tested for purity. Solid product from a brand I trust—I’ll definitely keep buying it.

We do many things in our household to care for and remineralize our teeth holistically, and this supplement has BY FAR produced the most positive results - results I can actually see and feel within days. This has remineralized my enamel during pregnancy so much so that the eroded parts of my front teeth have gone from grey to a healthy and glossy white. My 2 yesr old toddler who is extremely fussy and picky with what he eats, begged to try this supplement every time he watched me taking them. Finally I gave in, and thankfully so, because he munched the supplement like candy! And then asked for more. He loves the lemon flavor and chews and swallows the whole thing. This is the best news I could have asked for. His teeth have improved so much since starting to take these about a week ago. He eats 3 or 4 a day and will happily eat more if I allowed. Absolutely excellent for tooth enamel!!

I have been using Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil for several months now, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of this product. Unlike other fish oils I've tried in the past, this one has no fishy aftertaste whatsoever. It's easy to swallow, and the natural lemon flavor is quite pleasant. I appreciate the high-quality ingredients, knowing that I'm getting pure, fresh cod liver oil with every dose. My overall health has noticeably improved, and I will definitely continue using this product. Highly recommend!

I bought these for my husband who has bipolar and complex-PTSD, to help supplement his medication in improving his brain function. He's been taking them for a couple months and has reported a definite increase in his cognitive function. I did a lot of research on this company before I purchased this product. I appreciate that they are one of the only companies that has the credentials to support sustainability for both the fish and the fisherman. I trust the purity of this product, that it is actually made from what it says it's made from, and that's so hard to find in supplements as they aren't FDA regulated. They have a pleasant citrus smell and my husband says they don't taste fishy. The only con is that they. Are. HUGE. And the recommended dose is a lot. My husband takes three a day. They are easily a half inch long, perhaps even longer. However because they are liquid filled, you can just pop the cap and pour it into something if you have trouble swallowing pills.

I've tried the cheap fish oil from other big box stores. Even just one of those pills has me running for the bathroom. I'm able to take the full dose of these daily, no bowel issues at all. I've found my fish oil! In regards to flavor, there have been a few times that I've held it on my tongue to get it in a good position to swallow, and all I've tasted is a hint of lemon, no fish. No fishy burps either. In regards to ease to swallow, I found these seem to squish more. I have to drink something other than water when taking any pills (a panic issue), and these have never gotten stuck, even with how big they are. They're a good quality for swallowing.

These are great. I chew them for maximum absorption and they taste great, plus the gelatin is good for you as well. Here is an excerpt published March 7, 2023 which some readers might find useful: Researchers at Flinders University in Australia reported an omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid dosage and duration range that was most likely to result in omega-3 blood levels associated with a treatment benefit for patients with atherosclerosis.1 The researchers determined that taking EPA at a dosage of 1.8 grams to 3.4 grams per day for three to six months, or 4.4 grams per day for one to six months were the most effective regimens to increase blood omega-3 fatty acids to therapeutic levels. “It has been proposed that omega-3s, through their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, mitigate atherosclerotic disease progression,” Nicole C. Nayda and colleagues wrote. “However, due to the systemic proinflammatory and pro-oxidative state of atherosclerosis, it is proposed that patients with atherosclerotic disease may have higher omega-3 requirements than the average requirement, due to increased nutrient utilization in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant processes.” Nayda and associates identified 25 articles that reported the findings of 17 studies which provided information concerning omega-3 dosage and blood levels in patients with chronic atherosclerotic disease. Omega-3 index reflects the percentage of EPA and DHA in red blood cell membranes. “Consideration should be given to routine omega-3 dosing and to increasing the omega-3 dietary recommendations and upper limits of daily intake to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the risk of cardiac mortality in this population,” the authors concluded.

I use this supplement regularly for Omega 3s. It smells nice and fresh and easy to take.

Could feel the positive effects , great supplement , no fishy burps . Bottle was kept in the fridge for reducing the risk of oxidation ( if there is any)

I don't know how you can measure the benefits of this product so I simply hope they're doing what they claim.
