I took a chance buying this camera as I was debating whether or not to buy the DJI Osmo Pocket, first. I am glad that I decided to buy the Fimi Palm, it is a very impressive and easy to use camera, the built in wifi makes capturing and transferring media super easy and fast. the size is perfect and the wide angle lens is great for all sorts of users. the interaction I had with the Pergear staff was amazing, not only did they reply quickly to my questions and concerns, they went above and beyond to ensure my purchase experience with them was first class!! I highly recommend the seller, their products and this product in particular.

One of the most underrated travel camera beginners has to get! the quality is insane for how tiny and compact it is and it really is insanely sharp the features are incredible for how small it is, I would totally recommend this to all the beginners out there looking to step up their game from their phones and are looking for a cheap alternative. The motion tracking is insane and is for sure better than the Osmo pocket, I would recommend this over the Osmo pocket! I've also created an overview of this product!

I was so excited to find a cheaper alternative for osmo pocket but immediately out of the cardboard box I found the shrink wrap is very cheap and upon opening the product immediately i noticed that the inside compartment that holds the device is torn from inside. I tried turning it on immediately and it wasn’t turning on, I had then put the Device on charging, after about 7 mins i unplugged the charger and inserted my memory card and proceeded to turn on the device. Nothing happened other than led light lights up.At this point I thought this might need more charge and I plugged it on my computer’s usb to charge, about 5 mins into charging I heard a sound as if you are breaking plastic, I heard it again after 30 sec so I picked up the device while charging and it was upper hot. Immediately I felt a pop in my hand and the entire back panel of this stupid product popped out and it was super hot . I unplugged the charger immediately and examined it. I found that the battery has expanded internally and it pushed out the back panel.I thought i got a defective product so I thought I would contact the warranty so I emailed them and guess what they never replied. So I contacted the seller via amazon and they told me I have to send this product back to them with my on expense and once I they received the product they will be sending a replacement. So I dint want to do it, as In case if they never send me a replacement.

This little guy produces some great time lapses when it works, and great video, if it's bright. I mean at times i'm amazed for the price, but half the shots are lost to bad audio glitches, weird artifacts, or gimble problems. (With newest firmware 2020 summer.) The audio is almost unusable on mine, it sounds like it's underwater and randomly un-syncs from the video. The video really only looks acceptable in sunlight, which I expected, but it's still worse than expected in shade even. The time lapses occasionally force stop the gimble from moving on longer shots. Face tracking works amazingly, but only when the device is standing still and you are moving. Does not face track well if you're walking while holding it. Sometimes it turns video 90 degrees and stretches it into the horizontal aspect ratio for some unforeseen reason.-I don't regret buying it, but it is very finicky.

Product is poorly package and it seems to be a pre-owned. But even in that condition, I still tested the functionality and discovered that all still photo I took came out blurry. I sent an email to the vendor asking for replacement otherwise, I will be returning the unit.

I got this because if all the videos on YouTube saying how great it is . Liars....this camera says it's recording in 4k 24fps but it out puts at 1080 24fps. The audio goes out of sinc with the video, and if you do the firmware update you no longer get the standard 1080 30-60-120 you get 1080 24-25-50 or so called 4k 24-25-50 I wanted this because I liked the idea of the gimbal and that does work real well .. please don't waste your money just get a DJI OSMO POCKET it's a little more money but you will thank me in the end. I bet this review ends up at the bottom of all the reviews...lol

Got first one and it would not charge. Returned and got second one. Features worked except the joystick did not work. Actually it works for a few seconds every now and then but just stops. The touchscreen can take forever to work. Sometimes it works after a couple of swipes. But more times than not it takes 20-30 swipes to get it to act. I've used all fingers and every bit of the tiny screen. Maybe I'm jinxed but the 2 Palms I have received both have to be returned. I will get refund this time and try another brand. Very sad as I spent hours looking at this and competitors and it seemed that Fimi was the way to go. I was wrong.
