It works just like a wooden sauna ,love that I can move it anywhere it heats up fast.

Heats up quickly and is much hotter than the smaller units.

I go to infrared saunas as much as possible but for the money I was spending, I think figured I'd give this pop up a try, an it's exactly what I was hoping for! I'm a bigger guy 6'2 300lbs an there is plenty of room. It's recommended that u only spend 30 minute's in an infared and I was pouring sweat within 20. Witch is what I wanted. Only took 45mins to assemble by myself. An the seat is comfy an can hold me up. I highly recommend this sauna. Plus I can watch TV while burning calories 😜🤟🏾

Assembly was not difficult but the instructions could be better to save some time on installing. The tent has a strong smell, is either the plastic window or glue or fabric. Smell is stronger as the heat is up higher, not sure if it’s safe to be zipped up in the tent with heat and this odor. I don’t recommend it.
