In trying this product I wasn’t expecting much. I wen for the value buy and honestly I’m still researching BCAAs. HOWEVER - I was pleasantly surprised by this on multiple levels.1. THE FLAVOR. “fruity candy” didn’t sound super appealing to me. But JOLLY CANDY (or ranchers) does. Tasted like jolly ranchers.2. The feel - it was not over powering. Not gritty. Blends very well and was Super refreshing in the shaker with 12-16 oz of cold water. Really nice after a workout.3. The energy - it has a special carb blend in it to help recharge you quickly after workout. I would often go to work minutes after working out and this helped me to get there and have energy to do what was needed!4. The progress - I do feel that using this product helped to solidify some of the muscle growth I was experiencing.I am going to order another. I’m also going to try and email the company and help with their design because (I’m shallow) and totally judged the product by the bottle. (I’m also a designer).

The first thing that I noticed the first time I took this was the excellent taste. To be honest, I usually never even pay attention to the flavor of a suppliment because im not picky, and they usually taste horrible. The flavor of this product really stuck out to me in a good way though. It literally tastes like candy you would get from a candy store. Sure enough, I looked on the label and saw "Fruity Candy". This definitely lives up to the name. The next thing I noticed was the high quality ingredients on the label. I give this product an A. Taste is great, cost is right, quality is there, and I feel great after drinking this after my workouts.

I submitted a review for this product and they emailed me stating it was not approved due to violating some policies. I gave my honest opinion without being vulgar mind you. So I'll say this, because I don't think I'm drinking the same stuff everyone else is.From just opening the can it smells horrible. Taste is horrible and it's chalky. It does not mix well and after 2 minutes it settles to the bottom. I've been chugging it down after my workouts and I can't really say I feel or see a difference. Bar code on the bottom says it's Lot D-260 made on June 9, 2020 so idk if it's a bad batch. I've tried many other aminos and supplements but this byfar is worst tasting of all. Hopefully this review gets posted, I've toned it down a bit. Zero stars on taste.

Added the smash powder to my other modern man products. First thought was a taste of grapefruit, and evidently I'm the only one that tastes it. However, I just add 2 oz of orange juice to it, and it is PERFECT. Amazing flavor. Just ordered it for a second time. Packed an extra shaker bottle for a friend when we went rock climbing, and he loved it as is. Definitely helped speed up muscle recovery. I can push myself a bit further without being near as sore. Def recommend.

The Boost....The Boost....The Boost....that is all I have to say. You get the boost like a jolt of lightning before your work out and after your workout you feel like a million dollars. I dont know what I would do with out it. This out performs the top name brands that I have bought at some of the Vitamin Stores in the mall. I will continue to use this on my journey to a optimal, healthy weight.

This product’s flavor was absolutely killer. I would drink it before, during, and after my workouts and I would have sustained energy all day long. Also, no soreness the next day from my workouts was a huge plus. Only thing I did not enjoy was this product was chalky/gritty to me. I would purchase this product again.

5 Stars all across the board. I started working out again a few months ago after a long period of time off due to a serious injury. I used this as my post workout drink. I have to say that my recovery prior to use was much harder and longer. After 3 weeks of use I took a few weeks off to assess how my workouts were without it...I'm back for more. I don't take recommendations or reviews lightly as there's nothing worse than wasting your money or seeing someone else waste their on shit products. Buy it! You'll see what I'm talking about!
